Supplied the wrong room! Paid for expensive room.
Cons:

We were supplied the wrong room, ordered a deluxe family room but were supplied a regular family room.

However we were billed for the deluxe room, contact with property was impossible, no attendance on the front desk and messages and calls were not picked up upon.

Pros:

The room was absolutely lovely. Very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was really comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐️

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Bett/Matratze sehr angenehm

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer (24-25 Grad), obwohl das Wetter nicht entsprechend heiß gewesen war. Es gab aber einen recht großen Ventilator im Zimmer (Ventilatorluftstrom ist allerdings nicht jedermanns Sache). Es gab Spinnweben an der Decke, die der Größe nach vermutlich länger als einen Tag dort waren. Ein Weberknecht musste nach draußen umplatziert werden.

Okay for short stay but not comfortable
Pros:

It was decent and easy to check in.

Cons:

The bedding and pillows were terrible. No comfort. There is no kettle to make tea or coffee. No airconditioning. Breakfast is limited to processed carbs.

Pros:

Gar nicht – ich kann diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft, vor allem bei diesem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Man findet tausendmal bessere Unterkünfte. Glauben Sie mir: Ich war schon in vielen Hotels, Hostels und Pensionen, aber diese Unterkunft ist mit Abstand die schlimmste, in der ich jemals war. Selbst Hostels oder Pensionen, die deutlich günstiger waren, waren tausendmal besser als diese Unterkunft.

So etwas Schlimmes habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt.

Cons:

Mangelnde Hygiene: Im gesamten Zimmer befanden sich überall Spinnweben – unter anderem an den Schränken sowie direkt an der Wand über dem Bett.
Ungeziefer: Im Badezimmer befand sich Ungeziefer (kleine Würmer).
Verschmutzte Textilien: Die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren fleckig und schmutzig.
Fehlende Ausstattung: Es gab keinerlei Seife, Handseife, Shampoo oder Duschgel im Badezimmer.
