Molto soddisfatti
Pros:

Posizione ottimale, vicinissima alla Metro, pulizia eccellente, quartiere molto tranquillo e fornito di tutto il necessario: supermercato, farmacia, ristorante, bar. L'appartamento è ben curato e lo stabile molto riservato.

Cons:

Bagno non finestrato e senza presa d'aria... Ma non è un grande problema.

- foarte aproape de statia de metrou
- bucatarie utilata complet

- un inconvenient minor: rezerva de sapun din baie se terminase in a doua zi, indicat ar fi sa se suplimenteze continutul dupa fiecare oaspete dat fiind faptul ca personalul de la curatenie vine o data la 7 zile

Pros:

The place is really good, there is everything needed for a good stay. The location is top, near the metro and bus stations. The neighbor is safe.

Cons:

One huge advice, start cleaning the rooms, I have never seen 5 days without cleaning anywhere in any hotel in the world.

Muy limpio

Cons:

La ubicación en un punto muy inseguro, en la noche entró una persona 2:40 am gritando el nombre de un chico, yo sola. Lo comenté con el hotel ni pidieron ni disculpas ni nada. No hay recepción denoche y eso es un peligro ya que si alguien deja abierto puede entrar cualquiera. Si viajas solo no recomiendo

Pros:

Хорошее расположение недалеко от метро, много куда можно дойти пешком. Достаточно оборудованная кухня, рядом много магазинов.
Неплохой матрас и подушки, но диван-кровать плохо пригоден для сна.

Ottimo soggiorno a Valencia!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per quattro giorni a metà Maggio 2026 e ci tenevamo a registrare un riscontro più che positivo. La camera si trova in una locazione strategica vicino a metro e fermata dell’autobus, supermercato e tutto quello che una famiglia può avere necessita per un Bra e soggiorno a Valencia. Per quanto riguarda la stanza ci siamo chiesti più volte se fossimo i primi ospiti ad occuparla talmente era pulita e ben organizzata. Letti confortevoli, super attrezzata e bagno spazioso. Riscontro in generale piu che positivo!

Muy correcto, para repetir
Pros:

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado. Dejaron algunos detalles de cortesía como cápsulas de café y una botella de agua. Había dispensadores de jabón en ducha y lavabo. Había mucho espacio de almacenaje.

La zona era muy tranquila, y aunque la ventana estaba a pie de calle, pasó muy poca gente.

Cons:

El sofá cama no estaba mal (éramos 3 personas y 2 durmieron en la cama de matrimonio) pero podría ser más cómodo. Crujía bastante al moverse.

La zona está justo entre la playa y el centro. Para llegar cómodamente a los sitios, mejor usar transporte público (está bien comunicado), aunque es verdad que nosotras pudimos llegar andando a la playa (unos 30 minutos) y al centro de Valencia (unos 40). Es decir, es un barrio un poco alejado de las zonas que pueden ser de interés turístico, hay que tenerlo en cuenta.
