A new and clean hotel, but the unauthorised charge and the fact that I am still waiting for my refund after over two mon

The hotel itself was new and clean. Unfortunately, the experience with the payment issue completely overshadowed these positives

Cons:

I was charged an unauthorised additional amount despite the booking being pay at property. It has now been over two months and I still have not been refunded. Despite repeated promises that the money would be reimbursed, including after the matter was escalated to a manager, there has still been no resolution. I have had to constantly chase for updates myself, with no meaningful progress or improvement. This has been extremely disappointing and has made me question whether the hotel can be trusted with payments.

Good for short stay especially for young couple or a small family

الطاقم محترمون في التعامل.

Cons:

الغرفة جدا صغيره لا يوجد مكان للتحرك ورائحتها كريهه. والفطور لا يوجد فيه تنوع حتى اني لم اجد حليب لعمل رقائق الفطور لطفلتي ولا يوجد خبز حبه كامله. كل الصور فقط للعرض الموجوده على بوكينج.
