- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.
- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

Our stay at GHL Relax Hotel Costa Azul was a truly lovely experience. We traveled as a group of five (one senior, two small children, and adults), and the hotel proved to be the ideal spot for everyone to rest.
What we loved most:
Pool and Cleanliness: The pool is fantastic, especially for the kids, who enjoyed it to the fullest. The maintenance is impeccable; we always saw the pools and common areas very clean.
Spacious Grounds: The facilities are large and airy, which is perfect for peaceful walks—something we greatly appreciated for the senior in our group.
Beach Access and Mangoes: Having direct access to the beach is a huge plus. We were lucky enough to be there during the mango harvest, and they were delicious; a charming natural detail that we loved.
Service and Restaurant: The staff is very attentive, and the food at the restaurant is delicious. Additionally, we found the restaurant prices to be very fair and reasonable.
Breakfast: We suggest a bit more variety in the options. We noticed the eggs were always served very soft; it would be ideal to have an ‘eggs to order’ station so guests can choose their preferred style.
Minibar: We felt the minibar prices were quite exaggerated. For instance, charging $15,000 COP for a 600ml bottle of water is excessive. It would be great if these prices were adjusted to be more in line with the restaurant prices, which are actually very good.

El desayuno lo venden como buffet pero no hubo un solo día que no me dejaran sacar a mí los huevos, la variedad de desayuno debiera ser mucho mejor, se puede mejorar sin duda. También podrían tener más actividades en el hotel
Lugar de descanso y relajación. Tiene salida directa a la playa. La vista al mar. Buen desayuno tipo buffet. Buenos platos a la carta.
