In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).

La piscina para niños es excelente mi hija tiene 3 años y le encanto. las instalaciones comodas, un cuarto grande y muy agradable

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, primera línea de playa, piscinas amplias y calientes todo el día, buena comida y personal muy amable.

Da pesar verlo desmejora, un sitio que era ejemplo de calidad!
Pros:

Hemos ido varias veces, y siempre lo habíamos disfrutado mucho, es un hotel con unas instalaciones privilegiadas, hermosas y muy funcionales. Las piscinas están siempre muy limpias, y es muy útil para los huéspedes poder contar con carpas, sillas y tumbonas disponibles en la playa. Las habitaciones están bien mantenidas y aseadas.

Cons:

Pareciera que tuvieran algunos problemas económicos, las toallas de las habitaciones son muy viejas y muchas están remendadas.
Antes lo recibían a uno con aguas saborizadas,que era un detalle rico que se valoraba mucho, al llegar de un día entero de aeropuerto. Tienen problemas de servicios por zonas, por ejemplo: solo hay una batería de baños en la zona piscina/playa y duraron un día entero sin luz y sin agua.
El personal del comedor que antes era muy amable, ahora está siempre malhumorado, y se la pasan mas tiempo charlando entre ellos que trabajando, y ante cualquier solicitud se incomodan por interrumpirlos. Sirven casi siempre incompleto y tardan una eternidad para traer los faltantes.
El desayuno buffet que era excepcional, ahora lo dispensan en las bandejas de forma tan espaciada, que hay que esperar tiempos de más de 10 min de pie (personas muy mayores y niños) para poder acceder a unos huevos. Y lo demás que está servido, es en porciones tan mínimas que alcanzan máximo para dos o tres huéspedes y a esperar una nueva recarga, y eso con el comedor lleno es una eternidad.
Es un pesar ver como desmejora, era nuestro hotel favorito en Santa Marta.
