In case of no show according Colombian law "Ley 300 de 1.996. Artículo 65", property will able to charge the 20% of reservation total price, or keep deposit in any case

- Sauna is not available due to remodeling.

- Children under 4 years of age can stay free of charge in existing beds.

- All children will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Children between 5 and 11 years of age can pay COP 50000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Children older than 11 years of age or adults pay COP 90000 + 19% VAT per person per night to stay in existing beds.

- Additional children from ages 5 to 11 will be accommodated in the existing beds.

- Additional beds are not allowed in the Standard Rooms, Junior Suite rooms are the only ones that can fit additional beds.

- Colombian citizens residing abroad and foreign guests are exempt of 19% VAT tax when buying a tourist package (accommodations plus service).
A deposit may be required at the property.

La atención 100 puntos. Todos super amables. Lindo hotel, la piscina super grande, la salida a la playa con sus carpas. El restaurante muy rico. Las habitaciones muy confortables. Volvería totalmente.

Cons:

Está cerca del aeropuerto, pero del centro de Santa Marta estaba bastante lejos, como a 30-40 minutos.

Lo recomiendo mucho, pero, se debe tener en cuenta su lejanía con la ciudad.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son limpias, cómodas y de buen aspecto; la playa no tiene vendedores ambulantes y su acceso es fácil. El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Es algo lejos de la ciudad, considero debe ser algo a tener en cuenta para ajustar tanto el precio de la estadía como del restaurante, pues no hay alternativas cercanas.

Tranquilidad y descanso con niños
Pros:

La piscina de niños es amplia y muy buena, lo unico le cae el sol todo el dia por lo que toca tener cuidado de que no se quemen. Tiene salida a una playa tranquila. Es un hotel para descansar y relajarse. Muy cerca al aeropuerto

Que no ofrezcan café y agua gratis fuera del horario del desayuno. Que las bebeidas (cervezas y aguas) sean tan costosas y a parte le pongan servicio. Varios platos del restaurante muy salados y mucho frito, falta de opciones saludables y que las porciones en algunos casos eran muy pequelas para el precio

Excelente si el 100% te quedas en el hotel y la playa. 50% si debes salir.

Ubicación. Queda en una zona en donde la posibilidad de salir a caminar, conocer o comprar no es segura o no la hay y debes ir Rodadero o Santa MArta.
