Wery nice staff. Stay was worthy the money we paid. Recommend to visit.
Pros:

Food. Friendly staff. We booked all inclusive for two nights. Check out was at 12 p.m but our bus was just at 17:30. After check out, staff let us leave our beck packs in luggage room. Even though we needed to check out, we could had launch, staff gave us beach towels and let us enjoy swimming pool till our bus came.

Cons:

We missed Tequila in bar.

Pros:

Staff was very kind and nice. The location is very good. Close to the beach, shops etc. We got a parking on the street and it was not difficult to get it (maybe as we visited the hotel out of the season).

Cons:

While reception is very modern and nice, rooms are still a bit old and pretty small.
But the room was clean.

Pros:

Amazing staff, very attentive. The beach is very close, 2 minutes walk, however the city centre is like 40 minutes walk. The walk there is very enjoyable though, by the beach full of restaurants and bars.
The room was clean, the whole hotel is very well organised. Best feature was definitely the staff though.

Es ist ein kleineres Hotel mit einem kleineren Pool. Preis Leistung war gut. Essen war ganz ok.

Cons:

Personal sehr passiv. Wir mussten sogar die Koffer selbst ins Zimmer bringen. Getränke usw. alles Selbstbedienung

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness, food, and the newly renovated atmosphere were all excellent. Many thanks to the management of BlueBay Hotels.

"The place was very clean, the food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the hospitality was excellent. The only thing that could make the experience even better would be providing the staff with more training to ensure a more professional attitude. Overall, it was a very good and satisfying experience."
