Good location, great staff, nice room. But consider if you book the city view room
Pros:

All the staff are very nice and helpful, they don't mind when I need to weight my luggages. Room is big enough and the bed is very comfortable. Also nice location, easy to go to Blok M, local markets and MRT, buses...
Will come back next time ^^

Cons:

It's a bit noisy in the night, which is understandable because I booked a room with city view

Staff very helpful. Location near to blok m. Many eateries nearby.

Cons:

Very small room, got ants and room looks old. Receptionist area very modern but the room is lousy, u pleasent toilet smell

Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster - was beim Buchen nicht erwähnt wurde. Sehr laut da dir Tür überhaupt nicht Dämmt & der Flour offen zur Straße ist.
