Идеальный номер
Pros:

Было всё идеально! ОЧЕНЬ чистый номер, очень милые пастельные цвета в номере, хорошо работающие и чистые кондиционеры. Персонал очень отзывчивый!

Cons:

Всё было шикарно, никаких проблем не было.

Normal. Would not return unfortunately.

The location was great, The staff were great, A girl at the reception helped me a lot, talked in English and was very welcome. It was also a safe place and very private.

Cons:

It was really dirty unfortunately. In the bed there were hair everywhere. In addition, the bedding was not fitting properly and when I saw what was going under there, there were small hair everywhere, like someone had their hair cut on the bed. The towels were also dirty, I believe they were washed, but there were some stains on them.

Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, σε γειτονιά με πολλά ξενοδοχεία, μινι μαρκετ, εστιατόρια, μπαρ, ζωντανή όλο το 24ωρο! Τα δωμάτια οπως στις φωτογραφίες, αλλά το ένα πάρα πολυ μικρό. Υπήρχε κουζινάκι. 24 ωρες reception. Καθαρά σεντόνια και χώρος. Πολύ ευρύχωρο μπάνιο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα.

Cons:

Το πρώτο που μας απογοήτευσε ήταν οι πετσέτες, που αν και καινούριες, και μύριζαν καθαριότητα, είχαν ειτε λεκέδες ειτε τρίχες... όλες!! 3 μπάνιου+προσωπου. Μας εφεραν αμέσως καινουριες...ΤΑ ΙΔΙΑ!! Μάλλον κακή διαχείριση απο το πλυντήριο μεχρι τα δωμάτια... Το κουζινάκι δεν είχε τίποτε στα ντουλάπια, ούτε ποτηρια, μόνο δυο φλυτζάνια για καφε. Ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση από τον δρόμο (αν και φαίνονται καινούριες οι μπαλκονόπορτες) που είναι συνέχεια με κόσμο, φασαρία και ιμάμη... καθώς και από τους από πανω, που ειχαν παιδιά τα οποία ετρεχαν και επαιζαν μπαλα, εσερναν πράγματα μέχρι τις 2 τη νύχτα και μετά από τις 8 το πρωι!! Ευτυχώς γυρίζαμε πολύ κουρασμένοι και κοιμόμασταν. Το πλακάκι στο πατωμα της ντουζιέρας γλυστρούσε ΠΑΑΑΡΑ πολύ!! Μόνο με σαγιοναρες μπάνιο!

Добавить в номера крючки для полотенец, и поменять постельное белье , местами было катышки на наволочках

Был номер на 4 человека супер люкс или полу люкс , не помню как точно назывался
Для 4 девочек очень маленький

Pros:

Приехали вчера со Стамбула. Остановились в отеле Santa Rio Gold Taxim. Хотим поблагодарить парня, который нас встретил утром на ресепшене Muhammed Kelaca за теплый прием. Сам отель тоже очень понравился, все чисто, убирались каждый день. Внизу возле ресепшене можно попить и кофе и чай. Рядом в пешей доступности площадь Таксим, улица Истикляль и Галатская башня.

Personals were friendly

Cons:

The pillow covers were not changed during our stay, the floor was not properly cleaned, and the room was very small. The bed was small. The bathroom also had drainage issues, and water would collect while showering

Worth it, we will come again.
Pros:

The view was breathtaking, bed comfortable and very clean (which is unusual for the hotels in that area). Wifi is fast, free tea in the lobby. Worth it and we will absolutely take this hotel again when we visit Istanbul again.

Cons:

The kettle was very dirty and not usable but thats it really. Rest was perfect

Отличное расположение отеля В 150 метрах находится площадь таксим,откуда одна остановка на фуникулере до станции каботаж,потом на трамвае Т1 до султанахмет 7 остановок на право от площади Таксим улица Истикляль.напротив отеля,улицей выше,мне кажется единственная аптека,работающая после семи вечера.на право от отеля 30 метров на углу пекарня(фото),на завтрак горячие булочки с сыром и свежайший симит с кофе или чаем в номере.Около отеля пекарня круасан с шоколадом и борек 2 вида сыра,в маркете мед и гаймаг к симиту(фото), и вообще ,вокруг куча жаренного мяса.
Теперь об отеле:панорамные окна,яркий свет,новая мягкая мебель, свежий ремонт ,приятно пить чай,все создает ощущение комфорта.Есть лифт.есть трансфер
Номер 202,окно,тройные шторы, выход на улицу, номер теплый,свежий ремонт,удобные кровати,в ванной тропический душ.
Ежедневная уборка и замена тапочек
Теперь о персонале.
Басир-менеджер(фото),сама вежливость.решает любые вопросы очень быстро,отдельное спасибо,девушка на рецепшн даже нашла для нас весы.Колектив супер
