Pros:

The hotel’s location, close to Taksim Square. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

Personale gentile (parlano perfettamente inglese) e posizione ottima, molto vicina alla fermata della metro di taksim.
Camera funzionale se ci si ferma una o due notti, sconsiglio di fermarsi per periodi più lunghi solo perché è molto piccola (ne eravamo consapevoli, è comunque riportato sulla prenotazione), il letto è forse più piccolo di quanto ci aspettavamo ma comunque molto comodo. Bella anche la vista sulla città.

Punto a favore l'insonorizzazione della camera: la moschea si trova proprio lì attaccata ma dall'interno della camera non si sente

In realtà nulla, consigliamo solo un po' più di cura nella pulizia, nella camera c'erano un po' di polvere e il dispenser doccia era un po' unto. Ma comunque niente di che.

الإقامة كانت مقبولة ولكن مستوى الخدمات والتجهيزات لا يتناسب مع مستوى الجناح.

قريب من ميدان تقسيم - الموظفون متعاونون جدا - المكان نظيف

الجناح الذي اقمنا فيه كان ضيق للغاية والحركة به كانت صعبة - كانت إقامتي جيدة بشكل عام ولكن توجد بعض الملاحظات المهمة على الجناح لم تكن هناك أي أوراق أو بطاقات توضع على مقبض الباب لطلب تنظيف الجناح أو لعدم الإزعاج أو لإبلاغ قسم النظافة بأي طلبات مما اضطرني إلى التواصل مع الاستقبال يوميًا لطلب تنظيف الجناح او لا كما أن زجاجات المياه كانت متوفرة في اليوم الأول فقط ولم يتم توفيرها بعد ذلك كذلك لم يكن بالجناح أي أدوات مطبخ مثل الشوك أو الملاعق أو الأكواب سوي فنجان واحد فقط رغم أن الإقامة كانت في جناح وليس غرفة عادية والحمام لم تتوفر به سوى الصابون السائل والشامبو السائل ولم تكن هناك أي مستلزمات أو أدوات أخرى بالاضافة عدم وجود طاولة لوضع الطعام عليها او اي اشياء حتي المكواة غير متوفرة بالجناح اشياء مهمة كانت غير متوفرة
بشكل عام أتمنى الاهتمام بهذه التفاصيل لأنها من الأساسيات التي تجعل الإقامة أكثر راحة وتتناسب مع مستوى الجناح

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben für unsere Anliegen direkt gelöst. Finde es gut, dass das Hotel auch demnächst Frühstück anbieten wird und dafür die Räumlichkeiten ausbaut. Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel und für den Preis war die Leistung ganz okay.

Cons:

Wegen den Bauarbeiten waren der Eingang sowie der Aufzug leider etwas dreckig. Wir hatten eine Suite für unsere Familie gebucht, die etwas eng war. Wir konnten jetzt nicht unsere Koffer ganz offen auf den Boden legen. Auch die Schränke für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie waren zu klein.

Хороший, недорогой отель
Pros:

Отель, видимо, недавно отремонтирован. Комнатка малюсенькая, но в ней все есть, включая холодильник и чайник. Чисто, достаточно комфортно, соотношение цена\качество хорошее. Отлично расположен рядом с площадью Таксим (3 минуты ходьбы) и Истикляль (5 мин пешком). Парковки нет, завтраков нет.

Cons:

Тяжелый ключ, на бирке которого написан отель и номер. Если потеряешь, но у нашедшего все координаты. Старые добрые магнитные карточки здорово бы улучшили ситуацию. Жаль, что нельзя позавтракать в отеле.

La ubicación era bastante buena, justo al lado de taksim
El personal bastante amable

Cons:

Las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias, pero tenían bastantes manchas, lo que daba una gran sensación de suciedad.
La ducha no está desnivelada, por lo que había parte del agua que nunca se tragaba a no ser que la empujases con los pies.

Nos dejaron dos días sin toallas y tuvimos que bajar a pedirlas, nos las dieron sin problema, pero tardaron.
