Pros:

We stopped for a day as it was next to a huge mall, and good value for money. Bonus was a Smart TV, great to relax after all the great Borneo activities. The beds were very comfy, clean and good bathroom even including a bath tub.
Breakfast was included which was good as well. Overall very pleasant.
Side note: I saw offer at reception for a Smart tv, but when we came to the room there was none. Calling the reception they changed our room within 10 min which was great customer service.

Cons:

I guess if you expect Regency standards you might be disappointed, everything feels a bit dated. As an individualist traveller it was more than I usually ask for, though. The pool was not as expected and shown in the pictures.

Excellent! Cozy! I think its the best hotel in the area.
Pros:

Breakfast - Very Good with a nice view at the restaurant.
Room - Very Clean and Cozy. We book the King Deluxe room. It was very spacious. Worth the price.
The hotel lobby smells very good.
Our stay was very pleasant. For sure will repeat my stay here.

Cons:

It was very difficult to find the hotel parking during daytime or peak hour. But you still can opt for the paid parking inside and outside the mall or wait until 10pm for free parking outside 1Borneo.
