Pros:

Красивый дизайн, хороший завтрак и бар, ребята стараются для клиентов.

Cons:

Уборка один раз в день и то не очень хорошая. Несмотря на ранее бронирование, дали худшие номера с удачным видом на вентиляцию.
В итоге доплатили, чтоб нас переселили в номер лучше. За вид 50% от стоимости. Воду принесли один раз за 3 дня. Мини бар был пустой, но деньги на карте заблокировали.
Были в отеле 3 месяца назад, и я была удивлена, что все стало хуже.

für eine Übernachtung ist ok
Pros:

Der Empfangsbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und strahlt einen authentischen Pariser Charme aus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist den Preis leider nicht wert. Eigentlich handelt es sich eher um einen Kaffee und ein Croissant , alles Weitere, selbst jede Art von Eierzubereitung, muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.

Auch die Qualität der Speisen überzeugt nicht. Der Orangensaft stammt offenbar aus der Tüte, und insgesamt wirkt das Frühstück lieblos und wenig hochwertig.

Das Servicepersonal ist zwar höflich, wirkt jedoch desinteressiert und unpersönlich. Dadurch entsteht keine angenehme oder einladende Atmosphäre.

Pros:

Beim Fruestuck zahlt man dazu, wenn man mehr als 1 Chroissant möchte. Eine Mini-Butter als 2. Packung gab's nur auf Nachfrage. Fruestuck ist sehr sehr minimalistisch, für Familie mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen

Pros:

La décoration raffinée et cosy, la propreté , la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, la qualité de la cuisine et de la literie

Cons:

Les savons pour la salle de bain ne sentent pas particulièrement bon, peut être une autre marque française serait bien telle que Nuxe ou l’Occitane
Aussi bien que la chambre était très très bien et silencieuse , jnetais à côté d’un des ascenseurs qui aurait juste besoin qu’on graisse les câbles, du coup, ça couinait

Location is nice. Staff is really great.

Cons:

I didn’t like menu for the breakfast. I expected buffet, while I get a few options on the menu among which I needed to choose only one of these options in each category. Some tiles in bathroom in my room were damaged. Sometimes I could also feel strong smell from the restaurant spreading to the lobby, lifts and my bedroom.
