Nice location but understaffed and with terrible housekeeping
Pros:

Good location; well equipped rooms.

Cons:

The housekeeping was terrible. When we arrived we had to ask for the bed to be remade as it looked as though one half had been slept on. On our 3rd day the housekeeping consisted solely of some fresh towels dumped in the bathroom. In both cases there was only a young receptionist left to manage the whole hotel; they were very apologetic and made the room up themselves but it was not fair on them. When we checked out we complained to the manager who agreed not to charge our breakfasts - which was welcomed - but I would not recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, modern amenities. Great location close to Dom and so many cafes.

Pros:

Albergo silenzioso , molto elegante con i suoi dettagli neri e pavimenti in parquet . Posizione perfetta.

Cons:

Colazione molto cara per il tipo di offerta. Niente buffet. Poca scelta per chi ama la colazione dolce.

Uplifting place!
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful aesthetic, friendly staff. It has a bathtub as well as a shower. Our bedroom was full of light.

Cons:

No supply of shampoo and shower gel easily accessible from bathtub

Prettig verblijf in hartje Utrecht
Pros:

Gelegen in Utrecht Centrum
Lekker standaard ontbijt (geen buffet)

Cons:

Airconditioning kon niet uitgeschakeld worden. Er zit wel een knopje op om uit te schakelen maar schakelde automatisch na 1 minuut weer aan.

Zeer prettig centraal gelegen hotel meer voor het ontbijt zijn er in Utrecht veel betere plekjes.
Pros:

Perfect centrale locatie met eigen parking, goede bedden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt moet echt verbeteren. Niet zozeer de kwaliteit van het eten, maar de gehele service er omheen.
Gasten een half uur laten wachten "omdat er zo veel mensen niet gereserveerd hadden, en het bereiden van de ontbijtjes erg lang in beslag neemt" kan nooit een geldig excuus zijn wanneer na 40 minuten wachten een kleine broodselectie, een klein bordje met 2 plakjes ham, 3 plakjes kaas en een gekookt ei wordt geserveerd, met een schaaltje yoghurt erbij. En hiervoor betaal je de hoofdprijs.
Dit moet echt beter. Een ruimer ontbijt in buffet vorm, of een luxer ontbijt (wat het in het verleden ook was!) wat binnen 10-15 min geserveerd moet kunnen worden.

Great location, rooms were nice and staff were friendly

Cons:

We could not access the dining room or lounge/ bar area just to sit and enjoy time out of our room- such a nice area that we were not allowed to access unless we reserved breakfast or supper

Top Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Utrecht
