Obwohl das Hotel gut ist, würde ich es wegen des mangelhaften Service nicht wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und schön.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Cons:

Wir haben mehrmals darum gebeten, dass unser Zimmer aufgeräumt wird. Ist aber während des dreitägigen Aufenthalts nicht einmal passiert. Es gab einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche, aber trotz zweimaliger Beschwerde wurde nichts unternommen.
Das Personal wirkte sehr überfordert, war aber freundlich.

Awesome
Pros:

The hotel was even better than expected, the room was comfortable and had a lot of small amenities, the staff is suuper friendly and the location is great. Really happy with the stay, all recommendations!

Cons:

Not a critique but a suggestion to consider adding mini fridges.

I don’t think we could have had a better stay.

We had been travelling for 28 days in Netherlands, Belgium, and France and this was the best hotel we stayed at.

A very nice stay, next time we will choose a bigger room.
Pros:

First of all, the staff at the hotel are excellent. They are all very kind and welcoming. The hotel location is excellent and only a few minutes from most things. The elevator was also a help after a long day of walking. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need, except a refrigerator(unfortunately). The staff also changed our towels without cleaning the rest or the room too keep eco friendly. The shower is hot and roomy. I would absolutely return and stay another week.

Cons:

As stated, the room didn't have a refrigerator. The stairs to enter to room, are very steep and the door is heavy. So that made coming in the room with shopping or bags a little awkward. We also had an issue with an absurd amount of dust, we realized it was coming from the air-conditioning unit. It was very hot so we put up with it. Maybe a filter needs to be changed? The "no smoking" stickers in the center of the windows seemed a little excessive to permanently block part of the view out.
