Cozy room in Utrecht
Pros:

Wonderful location and ability to park the vehicle on site. The room size is decent and the staff are wonderful.

Cons:

A bit disappointed about mold in the shower and the stains on the carpet on the stairs.

Perfecte locatie, mooi aangekleed.
Heerlijk (avond) gegeten in het bijbehorende restaurant.

Cons:

De kamer was heel erg stoffig, niet goed voor je gezondheid. Ook liepen er veel muizen rond in het restaurant.

Complicated hotel for the price, doesn’t know what its product placement is.
Pros:

Property was few minutes walk from central canal area, has all the restaurants and shopping, and start of some nightlife, central station was also near if walking or by bus. Getting in with a car, is cumbersome, as the street is narrow and at times other drivers would block the road and leave you waiting for long.

Sleeping was a good 8/10, as it was a comfortable sleep for the location, besides having a Irish bar near by that was playing FIFA World Cup matches during the time, the street wasn’t noisy.

Cons:

The unit had a stairs going up to the bed, and the toilet and shower were separated into separate quarter, the whole room said it was 16m2 but it felt much smaller.

The toilet bowl was dirty and had to have a several flushes and wash down to make sure the smell didn’t get into the room, was not pleasant sight or smell walking in.

And when in the shower room, there were moments of feeling claustrophobic or sensation or vertigo/dizziness from the tight enclosure, feeling of someone rocking the shower room.
Under the bed was a few empty bottles, that were not taken care of by housing keeping, noticed on first day and asked for a move to a different unit, but nothing happened; and when house keeping came to clean up the room the next day, the same issues were not corrected or cleaned up.

Een mooie locatie in het historische centrum en een heerlijke, rustige nachtrust.
Pros:

Een aangename accommodatie in een historisch gebouw, op een uitstekende locatie, vlak bij het oude stadscentrum. De kathedraal ligt om de hoek en je kunt zelfs de klokken horen luiden, wat voor een bijzondere sfeer zorgt. Er is ook de mogelijkheid om de auto veilig op de binnenplaats te parkeren. Een ideale uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen.

Cons:

Wat ik minder prettig vond, was dat de lift buiten gebruik was vanwege werkzaamheden. Toch heeft dit ons verblijf uiteindelijk nauwelijks beïnvloed en hebben we er over het algemeen geen hinder van ondervonden.
