Zeer prettig centraal gelegen hotel meer voor het ontbijt zijn er in Utrecht veel betere plekjes.
Pros:

Perfect centrale locatie met eigen parking, goede bedden.

Cons:

Het ontbijt moet echt verbeteren. Niet zozeer de kwaliteit van het eten, maar de gehele service er omheen.
Gasten een half uur laten wachten "omdat er zo veel mensen niet gereserveerd hadden, en het bereiden van de ontbijtjes erg lang in beslag neemt" kan nooit een geldig excuus zijn wanneer na 40 minuten wachten een kleine broodselectie, een klein bordje met 2 plakjes ham, 3 plakjes kaas en een gekookt ei wordt geserveerd, met een schaaltje yoghurt erbij. En hiervoor betaal je de hoofdprijs.
Dit moet echt beter. Een ruimer ontbijt in buffet vorm, of een luxer ontbijt (wat het in het verleden ook was!) wat binnen 10-15 min geserveerd moet kunnen worden.

Cons:

We could not access the dining room or lounge/ bar area just to sit and enjoy time out of our room- such a nice area that we were not allowed to access unless we reserved breakfast or supper

Fantastisch, ik kom zeker terug.
Pros:

De ligging en het uitzicht is prachtig. Verder zeer netjes en ruime kamer.

Top Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Utrecht
Pros:

Lage-, schönes Zimmer , freundliches Personal, Parking an der Unterkunft

Cons:

Aussengeräusche nachts und früh Morgens gut hörbar ! Kein Buffet zum auswählen- fertig definiertes Frühstück

Utrecht ist eine tolle Stadt mit viel Charme und das Hotel liegt perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuß
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem war es zumindest während unserer Reise sehr ruhig. Das Hotel selbst ist ein altes Haus, wunderbar renoviert. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett bequem, allerdings sehr hoch. Schön war die Möglichkeit, nach anstrengenden Besichtigungen Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer zuzubereiten. Wir waren mit den Auto da und konnten einen Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel buchen. Sehr teuer, aber das ist in der ganzen Innenstadt so.

Cons:

Die mittlerweile modernen offenen Badezimmer finden wir eher unangenehm, hoffentlich ändert sich dieser Trend wieder hin zu mehr Intimsphäre. Das Bett war für meine Größe (1,65m) eigentlich schon zu hoch, jemand Kleineres müsste klettern?
Außerdem gab es nur 1 (riesige) Bettdecke. War für uns okay, ist aber nicht für jeden angenehm.
Das Frühstück (kein Buffett, es wird ein festes Angebot serviert) war recht teuer, das haben wir nur am Abreisetag dazugebucht. Da wir gar nicht so groß frühstücken wollten, haben wir meistens ein kleines Cafe in der Nähe angesteuert.

Pros:

Great location in the center of Utrecht and a beautiful old building with a lot of charm and character. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and unique.

Cons:

Some surfaces in the room were dusty. There was no Netflix included unless you connected your own account. The room also did not have a refrigerator, and amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or comb were missing. Unfortunately, I also did not feel that the very high room price was fully justified considering the rather small size of the room and the limited amenities provided.

Additionally, the service experience could have been more welcoming and helpful. Staff members rarely greeted guests, and when we had questions regarding breakfast charges, the issue was not really explained or handled in a supportive way.

Ottimo hotel di classe in posizione centralissima.
Pros:

La posizione, la pulizia e lo stile.

Cons:

Le dimensioni ridotte della stanza (ma in Olanda è così) e la presenza di gradini ripidi (altra caratteristica olandese) nonostante l’ascensore.
