Belle endroit au calme et bien entretenu
Pros:

L’emplacement du lieu est vraiment incroyable, très proche du centre ville en scooter (moins de 10mins). Il est donc un peu isolé, calme et la vue y est magnifique. Les extérieurs et le jardin sont très bien entretenus. La piscine est très agréable, vous pouvez également profiter d’une table de billard.

Le personnel est vraiment agréable et à l’écoute. Ils vous aideront dans toutes vos démarches. Nous avons loué un scooter auprès d’eux et un bus pour notre départ à Hanoi.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très bien aussi.

Nous étions 6 personnes et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit! :)

Great place. Perfect view from the pool. For the price, you don’t get much better. Great guys working there. I think it’s just inexpensive because he acquired it only a few months ago. Definitely would recommend

Die Unterkunft hat eine wundervolle und ruhige Atmosphäre in Tam Coc geboten. Die Hosts waren auch immer äußerst freundlich und spielten gerne mit uns ein paar Runden Billiard!!

Was told to cancel last minute
Pros:

I did not stay in this property- was told to cancel last minute.

Cons:

Someone contacted me the night before our supposedly stay to cancel and find another accommodation since they have renovations. I understand the point that we will enjoy more without all the construction noise but they should have contacted us atleast 3 days in advance. I was in my halong bay tour that night and internet connection is not stable and could find a new place worried if I will find a place for the next 2 days. Good thing a lot are available. I feel like I didn’t enjoy my night because of that.

One of the best places we stayed during our trip to Vietnam, and without a doubt one of the most beautiful locations we found in Tam Coc.

What makes Tam Coc Minh Quan truly special is the view. It is one of the very few accommodations in the area with such an open, unobstructed panorama over the rice fields and the spectacular limestone karsts of Tam Coc. You wake up surrounded by one of the most iconic landscapes of Tam Coc, without buildings or other structures blocking the view.

Our bungalow was simply wonderful. It was spacious, spotlessly clean and fully air-conditioned, with a large bathroom and, most importantly, a huge window overlooking the rice fields. Waking up and looking out at that view was truly magical.

And then there is the swimming pool. Honestly, it is a dream. The pool overlooks the rice fields and the karst mountains, and swimming there at sunset, while watching the landscape slowly change colour, is one of those experiences that makes the whole trip worthwhile on its own. I could honestly have spent hours there.

The fact that the homestay is not right in the centre of Tam Coc is actually one of its biggest advantages. Instead of being surrounded by restaurants, shops and tourists, you find yourself immersed in the countryside. Staying here naturally encourages you to explore the surrounding area by bicycle, taking small roads and discovering beautiful corners of the countryside that you would probably never see if you stayed in the centre.

The little village where the homestay is located is something truly wonderful — it feels almost suspended in time. Life unfolds quietly along tiny lanes where bicycles are the only traffic, with local people going about their everyday lives, surrounded by rice fields and the dramatic limestone landscape. Simply cycling around the village was an experience in itself and, for us, one of the most authentic parts of staying here.

Ze waren super vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

Ik had vaker last van mieren in mijn kamer, nu die deden niks gelukkig en was ook niet echt een ramp, maar op een gegeven moment zag ik dat die mieren in mijn koffer mee na Da Nang gingen

Me encanta la ubicación, apartada de la calle principal y con vistas preciosas. El personal, es súper agradable, te ayudan con las opciones para ver lugares, te sacan las entradas de los sitios anticipadas, tienen lavandería y alquiler de motos y encima para finalizar nos dejo guardar las maletas y darnos una ducha. Me ha encantado el trato y lo recomiendo son muy hospitalarios

Tolle Lage und engagierter Gastgeber!
Pros:

Der Gastgeber hat die Anlage neu übernommen und ist super engagiert. Er und sein Team sind sehr aufmerksam. Als wir im Pool waren wurden mit Wassermelone und Eis verwöhnt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ganz am Rande des Dorfes mit Blick aufs Reisfeld. Man Rädern oder Motorbikes ist man schnell im Zentrum. Die Bungalows sind schön hell und sauber.

Cons:

Scammers, don't book from them!!! We made a reservation through Booking.com. We received an email from the hotel that was expecting to see us. On the way to the hotel, we received a WhatsApp message that said, "Sorry, but we have sprayed against insects and will not be able to accommodate you." I asked if I could have the option of having the pesticide removed by the time we arrived because we were in a taxi on the way to the hotel. They replied that regardless, the room had already been booked by someone. We didn't accept that and insisted on accepting the room. I explained that it didn't make sense for them to send confirmation by email. Later, on the way to the hotel, they sent a WhatsApp message saying that there was pesticide for insects, and after I asked for it to be cleaned, they claimed that they had already sold the room to someone else. In the end, we had to wander around with our bags and look for another room.

Pros:

L hôtel est au calme dans un paysage somptueux avec vue sur les karstiques et les rizières. La piscine est très agréable. Le gérant est très sympa et toujours prêt à rendre service: possibilité de cours de cuisine, superbes excursions. Je recommande.
