Pros:

I really liked the location and the quiet surroundings. The hotel grounds offer a wonderful view of the rice fields and mountains. The rooms are cozy, newly renovated, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is run by a wonderful and friendly family. I had a wonderful time.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet homestay. Les équipements sont très qualitatifs, les bungalows sont très bien aménagés et très propres. C’est d’un calme absolu et le cadre est magnifique. Notre bungalow ainsi que la piscine donnent sur la rizière. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très correct. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable. Je recommande à 100%

Cons:

Bungalov je bez TV a bez lednice. Úklid při příjezdu jsem reklamoval ( Šváb v koupelně) personal se moc nestará a je nejeví zájem o pohodlí hostů. Ceny pronájmu a doplňkové služby jsou drahé. Snídaně je velmi prostá a nekvalitní. Pronájem motorky 2x se pokazila a pozadaly o zaplacení které jsem odmítl. Hluk ve vedlejší budově.

L emplacement juste devant les rizières et en retrait de la rue principale. La chambre est grande et les lits confortables. Le jardin et la végétation sont tres bien entretenus. Location de vélo sur place, ca va pour faire de courts trajets.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ninh Binh. The hosts were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday special—they even found his dream motorbike, which was very hard to get, and prepared a lovely surprise for him.

We loved it so much that we extended our stay. The room was perfect and the location was beautiful. What impressed us most is that this was the first place in Vietnam that didn’t ask us for a review, yet it turned out to be the best place we stayed here :)

Highly recommended.

La piscine et les chambres sont propres.

Cons:

Le gel douche et shampooing étaient vide à notre arrivée.

Un peu excentré mais location de scooter sur place.

Pros:

The accommodation was clean, the beds comfortable, one of the best accommodation we had in Vietnam. The view was amazing. The location is good for exploring the area by bike. Highly recommended.

We loved this property! The owners were kind, and the Main Street and other attractions near Tam Coc were easy to reach with a simple bicycle! Our room was great, thank you!

Lots of dead flies in the bathroom near the sink area :/

Best location. Nice facilities. Good bikes.
Pros:

Absolute best location to enjoy Ninh Binh. The owner is helpful and friendly and the constant availability of bicycles is great. We rode bikes to see the birds, to the caves, to the ancient city and the host booked us a tour to the national park. Super easy walking distance to several good restaurants.

Cons:

The bed was hard--not any harder than many others but I took the duvet off our extra bed and folded it for a mattress pad. I have old bones and need a little give in my mattress. That said, I would still stay here again but would plan ahead for my comfort.

Pros:

An absolutely amazing stay! The accommodation was beautiful, perfectly clean, and in a great location, within walking distance of everything. But what makes this place truly special are the owners. They are incredibly kind people who went above and beyond for us. Whatever we needed to arrange, nothing was a problem. We felt right at home here.
