Good location, fair price — matches what we paid
Pros:

The apartment is well located, the space was okay for 3 people who were only there to sleep. Also had a washing machine and laundry detergent, which helped. Check in was easy too.

Cons:

For the price paid, we weren't expecting anything too luxurious, but perhaps a few small things could be fixed. to help improve
•The mattresses are very uncomfortable.
•There were three of us and only one key, which sometimes complicated the logistics of the group because we weren't always together.
•The air conditioner needs to be replaced or at least cleaned; the musty smell it's giving off is very strong.
•The towels were so thin they felt like paper, but at least more than two were provided per person.
•To save space, the TV stand and coffee table could be removed; I don't think it will be missed and you'll even gain space.

Pros:

The room is bigger than it looks! The aera is filled with Korean restaurants and shops, it was very fun to explore! Also at only a 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku!

Pros:

Appartamento abbastanza grande per 4 persone, pulito e in una zona carina piena di konbini e posti in cui mangiare. A 10 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata di Shin-Ōkubo dove passa la Yamanote Line (Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya)

Cons:

Non è un problema dell'appartamento quanto di chi è fortunatamente (o sfortunatamente, in questo caso) abbastanza alto. Attenzione di notte se andate in bagno al buio perchè si prendono delle belle incornate

Pros:

ロケーション最高で、なによりも土日なのに4人で1万2千円だったのでかなりコスパがよかった！部屋も値段の割に広いので良かった。

Cons:

個人的にトイレの床がタイルなのがいやでした。あと風呂がカビキラー？的な匂いなのと部屋もいい匂いとはいいがたかったです。ただ、値段と立地考えればかなりコスパはいいので泊まるだけには最高でした。
