Pleasant but lacking some amenities.had to park two blocks away

Location was great , clean rooms .really great coffee shop downstairs next door call utopia. Mins from sites to see

Couldn't get ice in the rooms ,no coffee maker in the room. Asked for bucket of ice last two days and was told it would come she never came . The parking is two blocks away so if you have luggage not good

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel alrededor de las 23:30. Al intentar ducharnos, comprobamos que no había agua caliente, algo de lo que no se nos había informado previamente. Nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de hotel, pero dada la hora y que éramos cinco personas con todo el equipaje ya instalado, no era una opción viable. Consideramos que este problema debería haberse comunicado con antelación.

El hotel es muy ruidoso, con numerosas máquinas tipo casino que permanecen encendidas durante toda la noche, lo que dificulta el descanso.

Además, al llegar tarde, el personal de recepción nos indicó que podíamos aparcar el coche frente al hotel sin problema. Sin embargo, no nos informaron de que a partir de las 7:00 de la mañana ese estacionamiento es sancionable. No hay señalización clara al respecto y, al haber recibido esa indicación por parte del hotel, nos multaron igualmente. El establecimiento no asumió ninguna responsabilidad.

Por último, se nos indicó que la gerente del hotel se pondría en contacto con nosotras para ofrecernos alguna compensación. Han pasado varios días y seguimos sin recibir respuesta.
