Pros:

Es un bajo que da a una calle, que aunque está en el mismo centro de Manfredonia, no es ruidosa, ya que está bien aislada. La ubicación es excelente, al lado de restaurantes, comercios y de la playa.
Es una sola estancia, con el baño aparte con una zona de cocina muy pequeña y pocos utensilios para cocinar.
Se puede aparcar gratis en la misma calle o en calles cercanas.
La cama es de 160 cms de ancha y cómoda para mi gusto.
Dispone de aire acondicionado y está bien decorado y con muchas luces indirectas.
La tarjeta de entrada y salida del alojamiento se recoge mediante un código a cualquier hora.

Cons:

El propietario nos envió el código de un único acceso por whatsapp, pero como la puerta de entrada, hay que empujarla primero hacia adentro, para luego poder tirar y abrir y entrar en el alojamiento, y no nos lo explico; no pudimos abrirla a la primera y necesitamos de un nuevo código. Así que estuvimos esperando en la acera casi media hora, porque el propietario no respondía a nuestros whatsapp, ni cogía el teléfono (le hicimos llamadas normales), hasta que nos envío un nuevo código de acceso y nos explicó como entrar.
Por otra parte la cafetera italiana, tenía moho dentro, con lo que no pudimos desayunar el primer día en el alojamiento. Pero en cuanto pedimos que nos trajeran otra cafetera, nos la proporcionaron.

Pros:

The room is new and modern and interesting and overall very comfortable itself. Nice kitchen if you need it fridge included. The location is amazing, right in the center and close to the beach.

Cons:

The room is located directly on the street, you enter the room directly. You need to pay attention to the electronic door, not to get locked outside. It was a bit noisy in the morning. We did not get breakfast.

Road trip dans les Pouilles
Pros:

Appartement super joli et très bien situé.
Très facile de faire le self-check in
Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à trouver une place de parking à proximité dans la rue (payant, même si peu cher, et nous étions hors saison)

Fijn, schoon en centraal gelegen.
Pros:

Een mooi, compact, gezellig en schoon appartement. Met een kaart kan je het appartement binnen komen. Bij aankomst krijg je een code van de eigenaar om naar binnen te gaan.
Contact eigenaar via dexapp en dat vinden wij prima. Alles in het appartement wijst voor zich zelf.
Appartement in het centrum. Parkeren in de zijstraten (in hoofdstraten betaald parkeren). Wij hebben 2x ern plek dichtbij het appartement kunnen vinden. Toch kan het wel drukkig zijn met parkeren en zou je iets verderop een plek kunnen vinden.
Klein keukentje voor het bereiden van een eenvoudige maaltijd.
Goed bed, aantal toiletartikelen artikelen aanwezig. Water in de koelkast.
Overdag en 's avonds hoor je de auto's en mensen langs komen, maar in de nacht is het heerlijk rustig.

Cons:

Warm water voor onder de douche vonden we voor ons tweetjes aan de krappe kant.
