We were deceived by bed dimensions.
Pros:

There was no option for breakfast. Only good thing is its 10 minutes walk from the Masjid Al Nabawi, gate 320. The staff helped us park our car in the hotel parking area.

Cons:

While booking, we booked 4 twin beds with each bed dimension of at least 90cm and max of 130cm, but in the room the bed size was barely 70cm. We have to complain back and the receptionist was unable to understand the problem, they asked us to visit some different office. In that office, the officer after lots of discussions accepted they don't have such bed and gave us 5 beds to somehow adjust. Overall it was a bad experience.
