L'aria condizionata non era funzionante. Sono stato avvisato e ho ricevuto 24 ore per rispondere, avendo risposto dopo circa 36 ore invece di 24, la mia prenotazione è stata confermata senza possibilità di cancellazione.

In aggiunta, anche l'ascensore si è rotto.

In pratica, servizi ridotti drasticamente, ma pagamento pieno!

Colazione povera per il prezzo pagato.

Le personnel très accueillant et attentionné.
L'emplacement super en plein centre ville

Nous pardonnons la panne de climatisation, cependant le ventilateur mis à notre disposition était plutôt un chauffage d'appoint qu'un ventilateur.
La chambre trop petite pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. La salle de bain sans ventilation et la fenêtre bloquée.
Le restaurant nous a déçu, le poisson trop cuit le dessert correct .
Le petit plateau de fromage à partager nous a plu.
Pour le petit déjeuner à volonté, il n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.
Trop peu de variétés, pas de jus d'orange naturel, un cheveu au milieu du jambon Serrano, peu de choix dans le pain.
Trois semaines auparavant nous étions dans un hôtel IBIS et le petit déjeuner était de qualité supérieure, plus de choix, jus d'orange, citron et pamplemousse naturel etc....

En règle générale, l'hôtel est joli et bien situé cependant les détails qui devraient faire de lui un véritable 4 étoiles étaient absents.
Malheureusement je ne peux pas le recommander, il faudrait améliorer plusieurs détails.

Les travaux dès 8h30 le matin du lundi de Pentecôte, la Clim en panne et le petit ventilateur mis à dispo qui ne refroidit même pas… pas de geste commercial
