Pros:

Egy nagyon kedves, kisvárosias hangulatú városrészben helyezkedik el a szállás, egy csendes utcában, de a közelben sok bolt és étterem van, csakúgy mint a legközelebbi metrómegálló is pár perces sétával elérhető.
A lakás tiszta és mindennel felszerelt.

Pros:

Super Lage. Zu Fuß mit je max. 10 min drei verschiedene U-Bahn-Linien Haltestellen erreichbar. Auch ein großer Supermarkt direkt bei einer der U-Bahn-Haltestellen. Haus in einer ruhigen Nebengasse. Sehr gute Ausstattung in der Wohnung.

Cons:

Wenig natürliches Licht im Wohn- und Esszimmer, da im Kellergeschoss und nur mit Lichtschacht beleuchtet.
Kopfpolster - für uns - ungewöhnlich hart.

Pros:

Modern and clean and very comfortable. Location is really great, not too far from the subway station. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed and you are rarely troubled by outside noise. The check in was really simple.

Cons:

The bed was a double which took up a lot of space in an already small apartment. A table was provided, however it was a large round fold up coffee table, which was a little odd. as there was no real space to put it.

Very quaint area but the layout was odd in this rental with the split floors.
Pros:

Downstairs area nice. Very quiet area.

Cons:

Not enough mirrors. Toilet upstairs Only. Bunk bed very uncomfortable. Couch has stains.

Great place to stay in an excellent neighbourhood
Pros:

- this was the only place in our many stays in Japan where the management accommodated an early check in (every other place makes you wait until 3:00 pm, which is pretty late)
- the apartment had everything a person could need for a stay of several days, including laundry
- it’s situated in a charming, calm neighbourhood with a grocery store just around the corner
- bed was comfortable and shower worked great

Eine 10/10: Würden es noch einmal buchen
Pros:

Super Lage, die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Trotzdessen sind die Attraktionen zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn in 20-30 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt drei Bahnstationen in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten erreichen kann. Die Unterkunft selbst ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht inklusive einer Waschmaschine. Falls wir nochmal wieder nach Tokio kommen, buchen wir hier direkt noch einmal.

Es war für uns perfekt.

Great stay for small groups/families of older children.
Pros:

We had the basement deluxe apartment and it was nice. Reverse Aircons in each room! 1toilet upstairs with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs with laundry, kitchen and living area with sofa/bed. Also, a bonus kids room with bunk bed and a few toys. Leads outside to a small concreted area but no smoking allowed. Good neighbourhood too. Good train options. Many restaurants and convenience store around corner.

Cons:

Found it hard to smoke outside anywhere as cant do on property, footpaths anywhere nor the park. Also, the stairs are solid but fairly steep so need caution with the elderly or young. And heavy bags forget! I left mine upstairs in our level 1 bedroom. The kitchen also needs a shelf in the cupboard to put the plates on as too hard to reach at the back. Please set up the sofa bed or leave sheets for it folded nearby ready to use for more than 2 people when they book. We had 3 ladies so needed it. Thank you for responding with directions for more!

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Tokyo!
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal, près du métro et du supermarché. Appartenant confortable, agréable et calme. Bonne communication avec le personnel.

Cons:

Notre séjour était d’une durée de 6 nuits. J’aurais aimé qu’on passe l’aspirateur et que les serviettes soient changées à la mi-étape.

We loved the area
Pros:

We loved the location of the apartment. The Kagurazaka area was perfect for what we needed: a beautiful local neighborhood, more calm than the center of Tokyo, but with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants of excellent quality. We would recommend it to any family

The apartment is divided by a set of stairs, we knew that before and managed well. But just pointing out, since it might be of importance to some

I had a great time here
Pros:

The property location is very nice, quiet residential area lots of yummy bakeries around.
Found it very easy to get most places in Tokyo from here, oedo line is only a 5 minute walk away and it’s also a nice walk to iidabashi where you can get jr lines

Cons:

Bit dusty, but there’s a Dyson you can use in the lobby so it’s fine

Amazing clean apartment, well situated and spacious for Tokyo
Pros:

Perfect, spacious 2 levels apartment in between of 2 metro lines, one 3 minutes, another 8 minutes by foot. Clean, perfect for a couple or a couple with a child which was our case.
Kitchen had everything needed, even a rice cooker, but we’ve used the bare minimum. Sound isolation and beddings are perfect, like in a very good 4 star hotel. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine which is great for a long stay.

Cons:

There are only slight improvements to be done: adding a soap in the bathroom as well as the feet towel. Also, should you wish to vacuum your apartment, be aware that there is no place to plug it at the ground floor - you’ll be therefore dependent on the previous user responsible behavior (=leaving the appliance clean and charged). Got a problem with the WiFi the 1st day upstairs, was resolved within 24 hours. Sincerely no major issue, great place for a 10 nights stay.
