Perfect stay in Tokyo for my one week work stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, close to my workplace and in Tokyo's Japanese neighborhood( not too much tourists), making it a perfect place to experience local life. If you want to immerse yourself in the local community, this is the place to stay.

The room has everything you need. It is clean, cozy, and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. There are many excellent Japanese restaurants nearby, so if it's your first time visiting Tokyo, you'll have plenty of opportunities to try authentic local food.

The shower has good water pressure, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment.

Cons:

It would be great to have a vacuum cleaner available in the room so guests can do a bit of cleaning themselves if needed.

Also, the towel seemed very new and shed quite a lot of lint when I used it. 😊 It might help to wash it a few more times before giving it to future guests so that the next guest won't experience the same issue.

Other than that, everything was very nice.

My kids and I loved our "home" for 8 nights in Tokyo.
Pros:

We like the layout. It was compact but big enough for my children and I. It wad also affordable and the owner was responsive. It was also good that our unit was on the ground floor only.

Cons:

It was hard to figure out the hot water in the bathroom.

A quiet residential area of Kagurazaka with nice cafes and restaurants hidden around

Konforlu, Temiz ve Ekonomik
Pros:

Tesis konum olarak Tokyo'daki birçok turistik noktaya kolay ulaşım sağlıyor. Şehrin önemli metro hatlarının çoğuna ve yerel tren hattına birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Tesise giriş oldukça kolay, check-in için gerekli tüm talimatlar varışınızdan önce detaylı olarak gönderiliyor. Daire içerisinde Netflix, Youtube gibi platformlara da erişebileceğiniz bir TV, temel mutfak malzemeleri, su ısıtıcısı ve buzdolabı var. Daire genel olarak temiz ve konforlu; Tokyo'daki birçok tesise göre oldukça geniş olduğunu da söyleyebilirim. Tekrar geldiğimizde yine burada konaklamayı tercih edebilirim.

Cons:

Binada asansör olmaması, merdivenlerin dik ve dar olması üst katlarda konaklayacak olanlar için zorlayıcı olabilir.

Pokój spełnił nasze oczekiwania – był wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas pobytu. Nie był duży, jednak jego metraż został rzetelnie opisany w ofercie, dlatego byliśmy na to przygotowani i nie stanowiło to dla nas żadnego problemu.

Obiekt znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, dobrze skomunikowanej z pozostałymi częściami miasta, a jednocześnie stosunkowo blisko Dworca Głównego w Tokio. Dużym atutem była bardzo cicha klimatyzacja w trybie nocnym, co przy niewielkich rozmiarach pokoju znacząco wpływało na komfort wypoczynku.

Pokój był czysty, zadbany i zapewniał komfortowe warunki do odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dodatkowo budynek położony jest w drugiej linii zabudowy od głównej ulicy, dzięki czemu mimo miejskiej lokalizacji było naprawdę cicho i spokojnie.

Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę i miły pobyt.

Jedyną rzeczą, którą można byłoby poprawić, jest wielkość poduszki. Dla naszego komfortu była nieco za mała – większa poduszka lub dodatkowa poduszka na wyposażeniu byłaby mile widziana.

Pros:

The split floor was a nice change, giving us that little bit of extra space. Convenient having a washing machine within the unit. Good location once we explored the area further with lots of little shops and restaurants nearby. Convenient central Tokyo location that felt every part of the city was accessible, no one part of the city felt any further away than another.

Cons:

The main staircase. Our unit was on the top floor and after doing 30k steps each day it was really the last thing we wanted.
