Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das sich stets um die Gäste kümmert. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Personel profesjonalny, sympatyczny, uczynny. Pokój przytulny, w cichej okolicy. Pani przygotowująca śniadanie była bardzo miła i sympatyczna.
Bardzo dziękujemy Panom z recepcji za szybką reakcję na każdą naszą prośbę i za wezwanie lekarza dla mojego chorego męża. Jesteśmy bardzo bardzo wdzięczni za pomoc.

Недавно остановились в отеле Shazelli и остались очень довольны. Дружелюбный и внимательный персонал, отличное расположение, идеальная чистота и вкусный завтрак создали прекрасное впечатление. Нас угостили изысканным Азербайджанским вином, а сотрудники помогали в каждой мелочи и всегда были рядом, когда возникала необходимость.

I was happy to stay at one historical place of old city. It was suitable for us to reach all favorite places inside and outdide of the location: restaurants, bars, shops, Torgovaya street, cinema and squares. We ll be back soon...

Dürüst olmak gerekirse çok bir beklentim yoktu ama yer beni güzel şekilde şaşırttı. Oda gerçekten sıcak ve rahat hissettirdi, hatta evde olduğumdan daha iyi uyudum. Kahvaltı çok büyük değildi ama her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş akşam yemeği için harika bir yer bulmama yardımcı oldu, bu da büyük bir artıydı. Genel olarak ortam çok rahattı. Hiç düşünmeden tekrar gelirim.
