Pros:

Appartamento completo di tutto, ci hanno lasciato anche qualcosa per una piccola colazione, le capsule per fare la lavatrice e tutto il necessario nei bagni e nelle camere.

Cons:

Pensavamo di avere uno spazio esterno diverso visto nelle foto, ma comunque seppur piccolo c’era!

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es gibt einen Shuttle Service, den wir viel genutzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt oben und es ist ein recht steiler Weg. Da hat es uns sehr geholfen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Fön und am Anfang Kaffeekapseln und Tee. Salz ist genug da.

Cons:

Da gibt es von uns aus nichts zu bemängeln. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Excellent stay 😊
Pros:

Very nice and friendly approach, with a lots of valuable information. Nice shuttle service going up the hill to the accommodation.

Cons:

In our apartment there were no windows, apart of big window to the inside terrace, so the view of Napoli we expected was not available, though in hot summer months it might be an advantage :)

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Very responsive and super friendly staff. Mario, Luca and team can not do more for you. You feel very welcomed and they are so helpfully and care to make sure you have the best experience in Neapoli. Also we took taxi recommended by Vista Neapoli and Kevin was super friendly, very fast to respond, on time. The friendliest people we ever meet via booking! The apartment is very big and the extra courtyard space is a bonus. The location is perfect, just up the hill from Spanish quarter but the same time the apartment is quiet. Also we used Mario recommendations about restaurants and we like them all.

Cons:

The Apartment is on a hill. There is a funicular and also a shuttle service. It was not a problem for us but just so people are aware...

Lovely!
Pros:

The apartment was lovely! Comfortable, well decorated and clean. The location was central, with the funicular cable car right next door to get you either down towards the city centre or upwards to a lovely area called Vomero. The staff were incredible, friendly and quick to respond via WhatsApp! The shuttle car up and down to the property was always prompt!

Cons:

The apartment could’ve been improved by having a living area with a sofa! Also an electric kettle would’ve been better. It also needs more bowls etc.
The location and using public transport suited us fine, but it’s not for everyone. We decided to walk into the city centre but it wasn’t a pleasant route. We also used taxis a lot, when the funicular closes at 10pm!

Some positives, but overall disappointing
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet but not too far from the centre

Cons:

The rooms were damp and the building seemed to have no sound insulation, so there was a lot of noise from other rooms. The fittings were low quality (e.g. the bathroom door didn't shut properly). The beds were uncomfortable.

Perfekt sted for rolig opphold i nærheten av bysentrum
Pros:

Flott leilighet med god plass, 3 bad og tilgang til balkong med morgensol og utsikt til Vesuv. Luca var alltid på plass og tilbød både shuttle-service og annet hvis det var behov. Ville absolutt bodd der igjen. Små kaffebarer og minimarkeder rett i nærheten.

Cons:

Ingenting å klage på.

Bello comodo e accogliente.
Pros:

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort: tv, asciugacapelli, forno a microonde e lavasciuga. Letti comodi, adatti per ospitare tutta la famiglia. Bello anche lo spazio esterno. L’appartamento è vicinissimo alla funicolare che in pochi minuti porta al centro. Utilissimo anche il servizio di navetta gratuito che abbiamo utilizzato per rientrare alla sera. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare per ogni esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!

Pros:

Ottima posizione, fuori dal caos del centro, ma a una fermata di funicolare dai quartieri spagnoli.
Gestori disponibilissimi e gentilissimi.
Alloggio spazioso e servitissimo.
