Amazing 🔥
Pros:

A wonderful place to experience the true charm of Provence and the warm hospitality of France.

Clos des Iris has such an idyllic atmosphere, just a short walk from the beautiful village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie. The rooms are comfortable, the surroundings are peaceful, and the small breakfast is absolutely perfect—fresh, delicious, and exactly what you need to start the day.

Unfortunately, we had to leave one day earlier because of a planning mistake on our side. Of course, we didn’t expect a refund since it was entirely our fault. However, Alexia and Maxime went above and beyond by offering us breakfast free of charge before we left. That thoughtful gesture says everything about the kind and generous people they are.

If you’re looking to experience the beauty of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and genuine French hospitality, I highly recommend staying at Clos des Iris. Thank you, Alexia and Maxime, for making our stay so memorable!

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Probably the most charming hotel We have stayed in.
Private entrance to room from lovely gardens and your own seating area outside the door under a pergola.
Both ladies charming and very helpful.
Room clean, cool and bed comfy. Excellent wet room.
I would definately recommend and stay again if in the area.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.

Beautiful and authentic
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous premises, conveniently located if you don’t mind the walk up to the town.

Cons:

The inner bedroom of our two bedroom suite didn’t have a ceiling fan, which was quite brutal in the beginning of July.

Lovely stay, great breakfast, excellent location
Pros:

Loved everything about this place, warm and welcoming, cute rooms and surroundings. Very good breakfast and close to town Moustiers Sainte Marie (5min walk). Great base for exploring Verdon. Highly recommend!

Herrlich romantische Unterkunft und kleinen Bungalows mit einem total schönen Garten davor zum verweilen und entspannen. In der Unterkunft werden für 9€ ein kleines und für 16€ ein großes Frühstück angeboten. Wir haben immer ein kleines und ein großes gewählt, wodurch wir absolut satt waren (und sogar immer noch ein Baguette geschmiert mitgenommen haben)
Die Unterkunft ist ca 5-10min zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Moustiers entfernt und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz, wodurch sich auch wunderbar Ausflüge z.b. zur Verdon-Schlucht machen lassen.
Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Our favorite place in the south of France
Pros:

Wow, this was our favorite place during our travels in the south of France. Hidden in a garden just below Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, which is one of the most beautiful places we visited, the place gave us the rest and peace we needed. Our room was a well functioning vintage-designed cabin tucked away in a garden. So lovely and comfortable, we wished we could stay longer. The breakfast was really good too. We would love to visit this place again.
