It’s a scam
Pros:

It’s a scam and keep contacting booking no reply, the phone number provided for the property it’s not valid and booking take my money and waiting for a refund

Cons:

I didn’t like the way booking treated me on such a situation with my wife and new born baby waiting 3 hours outside the property calling a none valid number
