The neighbourhood cats made up for the not-so-pleasant constant creaking of wood-floor!
Pros:

I would still recommend this hotel because of its location and overall stay, but I strongly suggest requesting a room on the upper floor if you want a quieter experience.

Cons:

The rooms have wooden floors, so you can clearly hear people walking in the room above. I was very tired during my first two days, so it didn't bother me much. However, I stayed for five nights, and by the third day I was being woken up by the constant creaking from the floor above. It became very disruptive to my sleep. At breakfast, I mentioned this to the reception. Instead of offering a solution, they asked why I hadn't reported it earlier. I explained that, as a guest staying for five nights, I expected the hotel to suggest moving me to a quieter room once they knew about the issue. Instead, I felt as though they were blaming me for not requesting an upper-floor room sooner. The breakfast was also disappointing. On one morning, because there were only a few guests, they didn't prepare any eggs at all. I found this surprising, especially in Türkiye. Another guest told me the hotel had hidden the acrylic display that listed the different types of eggs guests could request. When I asked about it, the staff quickly brought it out and then hid it again afterward. I found this misleading and dishonest. Guests pay for breakfast, so they should receive the full breakfast that is being offered.

An excellent family-friendly hotel with outstanding hospitality—we would happily stay here again and highly recommend it
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Darussaade Hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions in Sultanahmet while still being in a quiet area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. What really made our stay special was the staff. We were travelling with young children, including babies, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They even washed our baby bottles for us without any hesitation, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made travelling so much easier. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they genuinely cared about making sure our family was comfortable. Their kindness and hospitality were exceptional.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything significant to dislike. If I had to mention something, it would only be that the rooms are a little compact, but that’s quite typical for hotels in the Old City and didn’t affect our stay.

Friendly, clean and quiet. Great value.
Pros:

The hotel was very well located for visiting the old city - just behind the Blue Mosque. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was on the top floor with great views. It was very clean.

Cons:

I’ve stayed in bigger rooms but perfectly adequate for solo occupancy.

Primeira vez que acontece
Mostrei as fotos do quarto na reserva com banheira no banheiro...vista do Bósforo e uma mesa com duas cadeiras...o Sr Ismail manager falou que não necessariamente as fotos seriam as do quarto....falei que o Booking era fidedigno....stress bateu e como estávamos chegando para 8 dias em Istambul...contemporizamos e falamos que quando liberasse o quarto queríamos....O que não aconteceu....falei na saída com o referido manager que iria reportar ao Booking e ele se fez de "não tenho o que faxer"
Quando em deslocamento para o aeroporto abri a reserva e percebi que haviam adulterado /mudado as fotos do nosso quarto reservado....assinatura do erro do Sr Ismail....
Não aparecia nenhuma foto do banheiro que diga-se pé passagem o vaso estava sem firmeza com o piso....solto
Nada das cadeiras e mesa ....assim como a janela com a vista....
Sugiro o app Booking rever sua posição junto ao estabelecimento para separar o fiel do infiel
