I enjoyed my stay there

Cozy and Clean
Pros:

I got B03 and it was clean and comfortable. The whole place was also quiet, allowing me to do my things easily. They gave out clear instructions prior to my coming and also had signage at the apartment to ease things. It is a good place to stay.

Pros:

Well located, near Yonge/Steeles. Inexpensive for a Toronto stay. The room was clean, and simply furnished. There were multiple guests staying, with a shared kitchen facility. The host was quick to answer texts, provided supplies as needed, and offered assistance with taking my luggage to my car after my stay.

The WiFi and easy access into the property via the code.

Cons:

My room, BO3 didn't have its bathroom inside the room but outside the room. But they finally gave me a different room, BO5.

The rooms were not very clean; they were dirty, with hair around them, dusty, and had cobwebs.

The man wasn't friendly or nice, but the wife tried to help out a few times.

Communication was a problem.
Old furniture too.
