Excellent Stay X2
Pros:

Stayed twice in a month. Junior Suite and the Superior room. On both occasions, amazing and clean rooms, maybe a little bit of redecoration needed, comfortable beds, great bathrooms, good size balconies, wonderful housekeeping, easy check in and check out. Nice location, near everything you need and want to do. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing, it was wonderful both times. I love this place.

Location and the quality you expect from the LK group
Pros:

Location is great - and it is very calm and without through traffic but still only 100 meter from Soi buakhao.

Cons:

LK group provides excellent middle class bedding and amenities. House keeping is better than most Pattaya hotels
