Great location
Pros:

Location, price, booked LanHa vip trip via hotel after looking elsewhere. It was a fantastic trip

Cons:

Breakfast over road at hostel. But cheap enough to eat elsewhere so not a problem

Close to the secret garden and friendly staff. the ac worked well and they gave us an option with a room with a window

Cons:

bathrooms were not very clean and the beds were very hard. smelled a bit of mildew and dimly lit in the room. there was also a cockroach in the room but it was small and we only saw one.

great location, super comfortable room and super friendly staff.
Pros:

the location was great, breakfast was included and you went across the road to separate location to have it. reception staff were super friendly and helpful. even the cleaning staff were good, they cleaned the room every day

Cons:

room was a bit tight, but we did not mind, you get what you pay for. it was super comfortable and bathroom was quite large.

The staff was happy to accommodate the requests we made.

Cons:

Booked deluxe family room and was given a smaller twin room, had to speak to reception to change.

The cleaners was sleeping in the room we booked, which is fine they deserve a rest, but maybe close the door and dont make this visible to guests. Thats very bad

Central place, room for luggage

Cons:

Breakfast was simple and the coffee was just re-heated cold coffee.
Next to the hotel is a bar (where you also eat breakfast) and its loud at night.
The rooms are just superficial cleaned and at the morning we had to kill 2 insects.
