Pros:

Amazing rooms, comfortable beds. Immaculately clean. Great views.
Tea, coffee, bottles of water, porridge pots and pan au chocolate a nice touch.
Friendly, helpful cleaning staff.

Cons:

Lack of check in details, assumed there was a reception when access details were not sent. There was no information from booking.com to say access details would be provided nearer the time.
We provided our arrival time, arrived just after 4pm, couldn't get in, repeatedly rang the number provided and there was no reply.
Luckily the lovely cleaning ladies were on site,at the time, and were very helpful, they obtained key code for our room and all was well.
The access details were then sent half an hour later.
This was our only issue and only mention it as this could have been a real issue as there was no reply on telephone line and no reception to send an email.

Great accommodation at a good price.
Pros:

Comfy beds, fridge, wi-fi, tv, en suite, black out curtains, key safe self entry, quiet location and free car parking. Staff were helpful in providing taxi numbers.

Great value, good location. Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Super clean, comfortable bed and great shower. Good location overlooking countryside and Halifax. Perfect for visiting The Piece Hall concert. Simple check in and out procedure. Good Comms. Great value. There is a fridge, which wasn't mentioned in the facilities, so you can take your own [breakfast] food.

Cons:

Nothing really. It's really a short stay/long weekend place.

Lovely location with great views. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need during your stay. Easy contactless check in. Loved the balcony. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

Beautiful, peaceful location.
Well equipped modern rooms.Exceeded our expectations. 12-minute taxi journey into Halifax Centre (under £10).Will definitely book again.

Excellent staff, excellent room. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Despite there not being a reception the communication from the staff was excellent.
I had a couple of queries which they responded to by phone immediately.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, larger than expected.
Would not hesitate tp stay again.

Great little place for a base
Pros:

Lovely views from our room, liked the the fact that you had your own front door and windows to open as it was very warm, lovely fresh towels , nice and clean

Cons:

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable so I didn't sleep well, the drive up there isn't for the faint hearted, not enough tea and coffee for 3 people

Beautiful place with excellent views from our balcony, reasonably priced, good location for the piece hall.
Pros:

Property was great. Good communication from the owners. Think it could do with some lighting outside. The outside seating area needs some attention. It was an extremely hot day so we sat outside and had drinks with other people. Very scruffy, decking uneven. We came back back in the dark and it was pitch black. Needs some outside lighting.,

Cons:

The fridge could have been bigger with an ice compartment. Overall. All facilities were very good.
