The staff were very helpful and kind, always willing to assist with any requests or questions I had. Special thanks to Ms. Klao from Customer Services for her outstanding support and professionalism throughout my stay.

Cons:

I booked a dinner cruise through the hotel (Smile Riverside). Although I arrived early and was among the first passengers to board, I was rudely directed to a seat at the back and was not allowed to sit near the front of the stage.

The main attraction of the cruise was the live show, so being seated behind the stage made the experience very disappointing. To watch the performance, I had to leave my seat and stand awkwardly in front of other guests.

At no point was I informed that front-row seating required an additional payment. From what I understood, all tickets were sold at the same price, so this arrangement did not make sense to me. If there were different seating categories, this should have been clearly communicated before the booking was made.

Overall, I would not recommend this experience. It was not worth the money or the time I spent on it, and the lack of transparency regarding seating arrangements significantly affected my enjoyment of the cruise.

Not quite happe about the stay
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

We arrived the hotel at about 1 pm and we paid for our room and after that the workers said checked in time is 2 pm whic is okay. we dropped our luggages and walked around and came back at almost 3 pm. They said there is a problem and our room was not ready. And they didnt say anything else. We waited about 40-50 minutes and they gave us a room. We booked a room which has 2 double bed but they gave us 2 single (attached to one another) bed. When we entered the room, it was not quite clean. It was a bad experience.

Pros:

Great location ! So Close to BTS which is already a huge plus , plus close to massage places . I also liked the breakfast which had a good selection of various cuisines . Great value for money

Cons:

The Wi-Fi in my room was NOT working at all … I had to keep RENEWING and Logging In every 5 Minutes !!! I am serious … it was very disappointing … I assumed this was “normal “ and did not tell reception till I was already leaving … too late ! It would have made my experience completely more Satisfying

Nice Stay, Good Location
Pros:

Good location, very close to Saphan Taksin BTS Skytrain station and Sathorn Pier, which made it very easy to get to different places around the city. The staff were good and cleaned the rooms every day even without being asked, which was a nice bonus as most hotels required us to request housekeeping. I also really liked the Japanese-style toilet, which was a nice extra touch and made the stay feel more comfortable.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and the breakfast was very simple, with not many choices available. The walls also seemed quite thin, as some guests were very noisy during the first couple of days and kept us awake. However, once they had left, the noise was no longer an issue.
The WiFi was also weak at times.

Great breakfast & location
Pros:

Best breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed at in Thailand, great location & friendly staff. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Really close to the ferry as well which was good for getting around Bangkok and a rooftop bar

Cons:

So so noisey, walls must be really thin and some people were so disrespectful talking loud the entire night. Bed was extremely uncomfortable as it was really hard so had a sore back as we stayed for quite a few nights. If it wasn’t for these two things though rating would be even higher

Excelente ubicacion.
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion para transporte publico y desplazarse por la ciudad, personal muy agradable, desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La cama muy dura y el wifi no llegaba apenas a la habitacion.
