When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies may apply. Guests must provide their vehicle information immediately after their arrival since access to the property's area is restricted to residents only. Failing to do this will result in a fine by the local traffic department. Palau Sa Font must be always notified before entering the restricted area. Great base to explore Old Town
Pros:

Very pretty boutique hotel. Location is great.

Cons:

They don’t provide a duvet during summer season (which I makes sense to discourage the use of air conditioning)

Perfect for visiting Palma
Pros:

Excellent location, spacious room and great pool area for our son.

Cons:

It was so noisy. Actually not from the street but from the corridors and the elevator. You could hear everything in to your room and every time the elevator was moving.

Nice building, great staff, poor sleep quality.
Pros:

Property is beautifully built and beautifully furnished. Location is down a narrow lane which isn’t ideal for taxis etc but is just off a main square by the front and very near all the shops so is highly convenient.
Staff were excellent.

Cons:

The reason for my lower score is the bedroom. The room itself was really nice with an excellent shower and enough space.
The problem is (we were in room 10) that there are only net curtains and the room faces the pool area which has lights. So it was never really dark enough in the room and, as soon as the sun rose, it was way too light to sleep.
My other issue is that the bed was horribly noisy. It creaked as soon as either of us moved.

Personnelle très gentil et bon emplacement.

Sehr zentrale Lage, leckeres Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Leider war es Nachts bzw. am frühen Morgen sehr laut. Es hat sich angehört als ob jemand Möbel gerückt hat.

Great room, location and staff
Pros:

Great location, close to all the cafes and shops .Staff were very friendly, informative about local history. the room was great and a bonus having a roof top pool.
