Pros:

The hot tub. Mattress was nice.

Cons:

The main problem was there was only one type of bed cover. A duvet!!
It was so hot even with the air con. So I had no sleep. Got up at 4am.

Es ist laut, hat extrem gestunken bei Ankunft, die Betten sind unbequem die Ausstattung/Einrichtung ein schlechter Witz. Keinesfalls empfehlenswert für diese Summe!!!

Bien, mais pas exceptionnel
Pros:

L'emplacement est top , arrêt de bus juste à côté et le service navette aéroport juste parfait !
La dame a l'accueil très aimable et qui nous a bien aidé à notre arrivée
Le lit était très confortable

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y avait plus de gel douche, la salle de douche manque de place pour poser des affaires de toilette ou pour accrocher sa serviette,
Le jacuzzi est bien mais on ne peut pas l'arrêter quand on dort donc bruyant, et odeur de chlore présente dans la chambre
Pas de fenêtre, pour une nuit ça va mais pas plus

Pros:

The apartment was in a good location close to lots of restaurants and bars, air con in both the bedroom and kitchen, fresh towels 2 out of 3 days of our stay, toiletries in the bathroom and hot tub on the balcony.

Cons:

Unfortunately another guest connected to the Bluetooth of our hot tub and we were woken up early in the morning with music blaring from the hot tub and no way to stop it, contacted staff who managed to get in touch with whoever it was and the music stopped, half an hour later it started again, this time the staff member told us to switch it off at the fuse box, it really ruined our last night.

Donc buée dans la salle de bain
+ pas d'extérieur ni fenetre pour aérer.
Le jacuzzi est sur un patio, qui offre une très légère ouverture sur le toit. Ce qui engendre de l'humidité en excès dans lappartement. L'odeur + respiration..pas top .

Coffre fort ne fonctionnait pas. On a pas pu résoudre le problème

Durmiendo con SRA. CUCARACHA

Para empezar, nos enviaron un mensaje con la clave para entrar en una habitación que no era nuestra y con unas fechas de nuestra estancia que eran incorrectas; incluso, nos intentaron ubicar en otro hotel.

Según lo que pone en Booking, el hotel tiene parking privado, lo cual es totalmente mentira. No tiene parking privado ni gratuito por la zona. La alternativa que nos presentaron mediante WhatsApp fue la de un parking lejos del hotel y pagando 15€ (o eso nos dijeron), el cual no tenía muy buenas reseñas.

Al llegar, observamos que la habitación (una de las suites) presentaba varios defectos:

1. La ventilación no era correcta, era muy húmeda.

2. El aislamiento del ruido es inexistente. Se escucha todo y a todas horas. Además, había un pitido constante en la habitación y esto hacía que nos costara dormir.

3. El jacuzzi estaba sucio. Además, reservamos la habitación con el jacuzzi porque queríamos uno privado, pero había una cristal trasparente que nos separaba de la otra habitación, lo cual no daba ningún tipo de privacidad.

4. El baño era muy pequeño y la ducha no era cerrada, lo que provocaba que el wc se mojara completamente.

5. Y AQUÍ LA SORPRESA: EL ÚLTIMO DÍA NOS DIMOS CUENTA QUE HABÍA ALGUIEN MÁS DURMIENDO CON NOSOTROS, LLAMADA LA SRA. CUCARACHA. ADJUNTO FOTOS PARA VER TAL BELLEZA.

En fin, una experiencia inolvidable, pero en el mal sentido.

Mauvais, aucunes recommandations de votre organisme si rien n’est fait pour réparer votre faute

Cons:

Le logement était insalubre, je vous ai envoyé plusieurs mails pour un remboursement du séjour car vous avez affiché des images de la chambre complètement erronée ce qui n’est pas conforme au yeux de la législation.

J’attends toujours votre retour avec des preuves d’envoi de mail et de photos relatives à l’état de la chambre.
