Best stay for a concert
Pros:

Interior is renovated.
location is great, 5 mins walk to Union mall.
Breakfast changed menu everyday.

Cons:

The table area of renovated interior was quite small.

Pros:

・MRT出口から出てすぐなので便利
・ユニオンホールでのイベントのために宿泊したので、会場が目の前で良かった
・徒歩圏内にモールが2つあり、Big Cも歩いて行ける
・コンビニ併設
・スタッフがとても親切。深夜便帰国のため、帰国前にフィットネスセンターのシャワーを使わせてもらいました
・部屋がきれい
・朝食の種類が豊富で、美味しい

Cons:

シャワーを浴びると、脱衣所のシャワー寄り部分が水浸しになる。洗面所寄りだけでなく、シャワー出入り部分にも壁（扉）があった方が良い

I've stayed there before, it's a good hotel and they resolve problems quickly.

Cons:

We had a minor issue with the bed, which was resolved the next day. The service was very good, but I would have liked to have Spanish-speaking staff available, as in other hotels.

部屋自体は清潔だが排水口とタオルは残念。ロケーションの良さだけ。
Pros:

ユニオンホールに一番近いホテル

Cons:

届け物について事前に連絡もしていたのに、私の予約がないと散々デリバリースタッフを悩ませた
予約票をそのデリバリー側にも送信して調べてもらっても予約無いとの返事
結局ホテル側のシステムの不具合とかで完全なミス
チェックインして受け取りは出来たが連絡が伝わってないようだった

部屋の問題点は排水口が詰まり気味
掃除をしてもらってもあまり変化なし
それからタオルが古い
