Very modern accommodations in the heart of Nelson but parking and noise could be an issue.
Pros:

Breakfast was very basic but enough to hold us over to lunch. The food was fresh and plenty available. The coffee was a little weak to my liking but good flavor.

Cons:

Thankfully we could find parking along the Main Street in front of the hotel and were not charged parking fees given the time we arrived and the long holiday weekend. If we were charged parking fees this would have been very disappointing as there were meters everywhere! There is also a "common space" area adjacent to the hotel and our room was very close to it and the noise level Saturday night was not acceptable....now we know why they put ear plugs in our room on the nightstands.

Fantastic location with super clean rooms.
Pros:

Fantastic location right on Baker Street - doesn't get much better. Very clean rooms with a great layout.

Cons:

Our king size bed was good -- not the best we've ever had but absolutely did the trick. Our bathroom door needed some WD40 lol. Parking can be a challenge - had to move the car by 9am.

I liked that the property was new and very clean. Quiet and a decent location.

Cons:

The property has no parking, it’s a bit of a pain as you must pay for parking on the street from 7am till 6pm. You can only stay for one hr on one side of the street, 2 hours on the opposite side of the street. This wasn’t explained to you until after processing your payment via text messages.
