Bello ma da migliorare! Ottima receptionist e staff

Una nota davvero positiva va a Neda, la receptionist: sempre sorridente, disponibile e molto professionale. È stata senza dubbio il punto di forza dell’hotel e ha reso il soggiorno decisamente più piacevole

Cons:

Nel complesso l’hotel non è male, ma ci sono diversi aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati.

La piscina ha una vista molto bella sul paese, ma è piuttosto piccola e l’acqua era sporca durante il nostro soggiorno. Al bar della piscina sono esposti molti gusti di gelato, ma in realtà la maggior parte non è disponibile.

La camera era pulita, però il soffitto in cemento grezzo dà l’impressione di essere incompleto e non è molto piacevole esteticamente.

Durante le pulizie ci sono state portate via le asciugamani senza essere sostituite, e abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa un’ora dopo averle richieste.

La colazione è molto orientata ai gusti americani (uova e salsicce), con pochissima scelta per chi preferisce una colazione dolce.

Il balcone è davvero molto piccolo e appena fuori dall’hotel si sente spesso un forte odore di kebab.

Es war okay.
Pros:

Lage für die Besichtigung der Stadt war gut und soweit nahe zum Flughafen

Cons:

Wir hatten dieses Hotel extra ausgesucht, weil sie Parkplätze versprachen. Das waren aber nur die klassischen Parkplätze am Strassenrand und nicht garantiert. Heisst wenn du abends kommst, kannst du ewig suchen und bist halt doch div. Querstrassen vom Hotel entfernt. Die Klimaanlage hat erst nach dem Besuch des Servicetechniker funktioniert und im Zimmer hat es leider doch gemüffelt. Es war okay und zweckmässig, es gibt zig andere Hotels in der Umgebung. Wir würden nicht zurückkommen. Auch weil der Pool immer schon geschlossen hatte, als wir von unseren Touren zurück kamen und der am Meer der ist kostenpflichtig. Wir fühlen uns nicht korrekt informiert.

Bardzo fajny hotel budżetowy, genialna lokalizacja - blisko do Vallety, szybki prom na Gozo - 500m.
Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko tramwaju wodnego i małych łodzi pływających co 10 minut do Valetty. Śniadania ok - czytając opinie innych odwiedzających odnoszę wrażenie że porównują ten budżetowy hotel na Malcie do All-In w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu w Turcji........ :) . Basen na dachu - problem z jakością wody ( chyba filtry nie działały ) - ogólnie rooftop ok - małe obłożenie w szczycie - zawsze wolne kilka leżaków.

Cons:

Słabo w zakresie wymiany ręczników pomimo dobrze zorganizowanego systemu informacji zgłaszania takowego faktu ( panel w pokoju połączony z wyświetlaczem przy drzwiach ). Do 10 piętra widok z balkonów to ściana domu obok, w opcji balkony stworzone w środku samego budynku skierowane do siebie ( niczym studnia w budynku na balkony....). Obsługa w 80% bardzo sympatyczna, pozostałe 20% odwrotnie - wręcz odrzucające zachowanie i ignorancja - tutaj duży minus.

Tutto ok oltre le attese - Albergo Pulito, comodo e vicino a tutte le attrazioni.
Pros:

L'albergo e' nuovo (infatti se si guarda con Googlemaps non risulta ancora costruito). La posizione e' ottima perche' e' a 30 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus da dove si puo' partire per muoversi tranquillamente in tutta l'isola, passa anche l'autobus diretto che va all'aeroporto. noi avevamo una camera all'8 piano, grande con un bel bagno spazioso. La camera veniva rifatta tutti i giorni ed era molto pulita (premesso che noi a parte dormire uscivamo alla mattina e tornavamo verso ora di cena). Avevamo anche un comodo balcone con due sedie dove la sera lasciavamo fuori teli ad asciugare. Al 14 piano c'e' una piscina (non grandissima) ma comoda per 7/8 persone e dove si puo' anche stare magari a fine giornata per rilassarsi un attimo (noi l'abbiamo sfruttata un paio d'ore un giorno solo perche' tornati in albergo sulle 18 dopo giro per l'isola). La colazione e' molto piu' centrata sul salato che dolce e prevede i tipici piatti da colazione inglese (pancetta / salsiccie / uova strapazzate / fagioli / pomodori / uova all'occhio di bue / affettati vari e formaggi oltre a feta / insalata russa / pomodori a fette)...per la parte dolce pane au chocolat, cornetti vuoti, torta soffice (non so il nome). Poi diversi tipi di Pane (tutti freschissimi) e le varie marmellate / cioccolata etc. Da bere diversi succhi e poi macchina per il caffe / cappuccino / cioccolato etc...Il personale e' molto cordiale. Sinceramente un posto consigliatissimo..anche perche' si trova in una zona ricca di ristoranti, take away di tutto di piu (italiano / cinese / giapponese etc etc..). Se dovessi tornare a Malta sicuramente tornerei in questo albergo.

Śniadania smaczne, typowo angielskie, różnorodne. Hotel fajny, zadbany, w miarę nowe pokoje. Na dachu nieduży ale ładny basen. Obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam!

Great location; good breakfast, no need to worry about crowds at the breakfast restaurant; i also liked the pool and the view from there.
