Ravi de mon séjour dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Sincèrement nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été surclassé gracieusement et c'est un geste appreciable.Le personnel est professionnel et très à l'écoute.
Un petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Très jolie et propre le monsieur qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner est au petit soins rien à dire très bel accueil

Cons:

Par contre je suis descendu à la réception me plaindre car il font des gros travaux impossible de dormir en plein apres midi
( donner au moins une chambre à l’étage supérieur c’est une mauvaise expérience j’ai jamais vu cela un tel bruit avec la clientèle dans l’hôtel )
L’accueil n’excuse pas tout du coup heureusement j’ai pris une nuitée et j’ai changer d’hôtel pour le reste de mon séjour

Cucarachas durante ambas noches y ninguna solución.
Cons:

Encontramos varias cucarachas vivas en el baño durante las dos noches de nuestra estancia. No fue un hecho aislado: disponemos de fotografías y vídeos tomados en ambas noches.
Comunicamos el problema durante la estancia, tanto al alojamiento como a Booking.com, pero no recibimos ninguna solución efectiva, cambio de habitación ni ayuda para trasladarnos. La primera noche descubrimos las cucarachas al regresar tarde al hotel y, ante la hora, el cansancio y la falta de asistencia, no era razonable salir a buscar otro alojamiento. La segunda noche el problema volvió a repetirse pese a que ya había sido notificado.
La presencia reiterada de cucarachas afectó seriamente nuestro descanso y nuestra percepción de la limpieza del establecimiento. Lo más decepcionante fue la falta de respuesta y de una solución concreta durante toda la estancia.
No recomendaría este alojamiento mientras no se adopten medidas serias de control de plagas, limpieza y atención ante incidencias.

Excellent séjour, accueil exceptionnel et petit-déjeuner au top, je reviendrai avec plaisir.
Pros:

Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Mention spéciale à Mohamed à la réception : extrêmement gentil, accueillant, professionnel et toujours avec le sourire. Il nous a fait nous sentir les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est également très complet, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Tout le personnel est formidable et contribue à créer une excellente ambiance.

Cons:

Rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé.

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين فيه على حسن الاستقبال

منذ لحظة وصولنا شعرنا وكأننا في منزلنا، وذلك بفضل الأخوان والأخوات في الاستقبال وخصوصا الأخ محمد الذي كان مثالًا للرقي والأخلاق وحسن التعامل، فلم يدخر جهدًا في تقديم المساعدة والاهتمام بالنزلاء.

كما أتوجه بالشكر للأخ عبدو في البوفيه، فهو شخص راقٍ جدًا في تعامله، بشوش، محترم، ويحرص على خدمة الضيوف بكل احترافية وابتسامة.

باختصار، الفندق متميز من جميع النواحي، سواء من حيث الخدمة أو التعامل أو الأجواء. كانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس، وأنصح كل من يزور طنجة بالإقامة فيه، ولن يكون خياره إلا موفقًا بإذن الله
