Unless the receiption staff are decently deal the customer we don't suggest them.l the c

No baeakfast available,
Even a kettle was provided after argument.
Receiption staff looks are tough and rude.
Wenoused their facilities only for late night sleeping only, as we were on a pilgrimage visitsbto Dwarikadish, Somnath and serrounding temples.
Lift facilities are not adequate.

Service staff, such as room attenders, cleaners were polite.

I recently stayed at The Leela, Gujarat, and the experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautifully maintained with elegant interiors and a calm atmosphere.Rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The food quality at the restaurant was excellent with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. MUST TRY FOOD

Very bad experience. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast was terrible. Breakfast was not fresh, just giving prepackaged Theplas. Not at all worth the money.

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude to my mother. Kept commenting on the fact that we had made an online booking, which was a wrong decision, and that we wouldn't receive any receipt as a result.
