Buena ubicación,cerca a un éxito donde hay muy buenos productos,varios negocios de comida,una panadería donde venden un café muy bueno.Las camas muy cómodas y limpias.La muchacha de recepción que me atendió muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que uno necesitara.En la recepción tienen refrescos y para picar varios productos.
La sabana de la cama estaba un poco rota.

The property is doing a "bait and switch". They are advertising a larger room with air conditioning but, once you have reserved and arrive at the hotel, that room is only available if you pay 40 percent more

Ms Diana was a great person and the housekeeping staff was right on. Very inexpensive and central location.
WiFi was spotty and the beds were insanely hard
The hotel look like renovate I really Love the third floor, the shower was amazing a lot of pressure nice and clean they rooms very spacious, The TV was good the area is ok I Love it, the staff the ladies are so cute I Love them..... I came from United States Florida I stayed before in other hotels but the Ruby was Amazing, It was quite and no Tobacco smoke around.😉
Well..... my room was on the third floor i have to walk up there but that's a good exercise for the blood system 🤭

I booked for the night through Booking and let them know I'd be arriving around 1am (when my bus arrived to the city). When I arrived, they had cancelled my reservation, and told me because I arrived after midnight. They told me they were full. They had my phone number and Whatsapp and did not warn me of this until l arrived at the hotel.
They let you park your motorbike inside of the hotel.
We were supposed to get a free upgrade of our room, but that never happened. When we asked the staff why it was not possible they said that all the superior level rooms were booked. That seemed pretty strange since the hotel was not crowded at all and checking on Booking the upgrade offer was still present when we had already made our reservation.

They give just one towel for two people.

The BEST accommodation in several months in Colombia. Pristine! Think marble and chrome. 2 nights.Central location and just a few metres from local bus to Terminal.

The price was good and location quite central.
I was staying for 1 week, but the room was cleaned just 1 time. The staff doesn’t ask if I need to change towels. Poor attention.
