Due letti singoli attaccati, staff scortese, la struttura aveva una forte necessità di essere svecchiata. La colazione terribile con il caffè/latte della macchinetta come quella delle peggiori stazioni.

Note positive: la vicinanza al centro di Atri e la piscina

Cons:

La camera a noi assegnata era davvero vecchiotta sia come arredi che come struttura generale (il bagno penso non fosse stato ristrutturato dagli anni ottanta). La pulizia non è ottimale. il servizio colazione (da noi non richiesto in fase di prenotazione) poteva essere svolto "ma non a pieno regime", così ci è stato detto dal concierge (non abbiamo indagato oltre). L'utilizzo della piscina da prima ci è stato negato (erano le 16.00 di pomeriggio) poi ci è stato detto essere fruibile ma solo fino alle 18.30 (orari diversi da quelli indicati nel sito). Il personale è disponibile, ma la struttura necessita di migliorie per mantenere i prezzi richiesti.

Notte infernale

Nulla, gente che non ha nessuna esperienza nel settore alberghiero.

Cons:

Prima di tutto avevo prenotato come potete vedere, un locale di 20 mq con due letti matrimoniali e due letti a castello, invece ci hanno dato due camere piccole una senza finestre senza area condizionata, immaginate con 36 gradi, e un inferno. Non hanno il parcheggio. Deve parcheggiare sulle strisce blu , e pagare tutta la nottata, mai visto un comune che ti fa pagare anche quando dormi.
Per farmi la fattura hanno insistito di darli soldi dell'iva dicendo che non è compresa nel prezzo.
Sinceramente mi sento truffato. Provavate per credere la mi esperienza.

La posizione molto vicina al centro

Cons:

Il parcheggio è pubblico a pagamento anche se è possibile parcheggiare su una parallela sottostante a 5 minuti a piedi. Le camere erano pulite ma molto antiquate.
