- Phòng rộng rãi, có ban công thoải mái
- Địa điểm gần trung tâm, dễ di chuyển, có thể đi bộ tới các quán ăn gần đó
- Bạn nữ lễ tân thân thiện, nhiệt tình
- Giường ngủ ok

Cons:

- Chất lượng phòng không tương xứng với giá tiền (mình không thích trả giá, nhưng cần chất lượng đúng với giá tiền)
- Mình đặt đi vào thứ 7 (ko phải ngày lễ) - giá gấp đôi ngày thường
- Không có thang máy
- Nước tắm thì không nóng, có máy nước nóng gia đình bổ sung nhưng tất yếu, tắm rất chán. Khăn nhỏ
- Khóa cửa ban công lúc khóa được lúc không
