The staff tried their best to help but the problem was with the hotel itself. They even managed to give me early check in for me.
So, it all started after I checked in. The first room they gave us on 1st floor was extremely noisy due to the staff rooms next to it. the staff were using machine all the time to clean the bedsheets and towels which makes that rooms extremely noisy. the next is the bathroom door. The door is transparent, next to the bed, and we were two persons in the room. imagine. then i discover that the slider of the door doesn't work and when we ask the hotel manager, he and the mechanic said it's going to take 1 hour to fix (I attached a picture of the mechanic while trying to fix it, in case you don't trust). My flight was at midnight and i have no energy left for one hour waiting for them to fix it inside my room. so, i requested for another room. That request was accepted, so i took a rest in that room and 2 hours later when i came to the front desk to change my room, they said no promise was made like that. I got mad and then somehow, they cool me down with a new room. The new room was in another floor and less noisy but has the same issue in the bathroom. They have a curtain over there. so, every time we went to the washroom, we used that curtain and it's so uncomfortable to do curtain roll up and down all the time. the most horrifying thing was the bathroom window. you can literally see the next building from there and they can see you doing things in the toilet too. There was no water in the room as curtesy. the room was comparatively smaller than the picture, but I was happy at least I didnt have to stay on the first room with that broken toilet door.

Das Personal war super freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber und die Lage optimal. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut eingerichtet und ruhig.

The shower wasn't in its best, The mirror os aside from the sink so it is less comfortable to shave.
Zentrale Lage, Zimmer und Bad sehr angenehm. Frühstück eher klein aber völlig in Ordnung. Man kann gegen Gebühr direkt vor dem Hotel parken. In der Nähe viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen und etwas trinken.
Aktuell finden dort wohl Umbauarbeiten statt, ab 7.30 Uhr Baulärm. Verständlich dass so etwas nicht vermeidbar ist, aber ein Hinweis vorher wäre angebracht gewesen.

Excellent staff and an outstanding airport transfer — one of the best I’ve experienced. The hotel is located in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
The only downsides were that it was a bit noisy and there was a very strong incense smell throughout the hotel all the time.
