Horrible and felt robbed

Our safety and health had been compromised and the property manager has made no effort to resolve this issue before it had escalated

Cancelled at the last minute with no proper notice, leaving me stranded and stressed trying to find expensive emergency

The staff eventually communicated the issue, but unfortunately there was very little positive about the experience overall.

Cons:

My booking was cancelled on the same day due to a leak, which completely ruined my plans. I was left with nowhere to stay at the last minute, and because it was same-day booking, everywhere else was extremely expensive. I really wish the property had informed me the night before so I would have had enough time to arrange alternative accommodation. The situation caused a lot of unnecessary stress and frustration.
