Staff were great. Food in the bar was lovely. Location is fantastic.
Room was situated looking over both outside areas. The music was loud and stopped at approx 11.15pm, which was not great considering I had to be up for work at 4.15am. The mattress was quite uncomfortable because it falls away on the edge of the bed.
I stayed before overlooking the rear car park which was quiet and very comfortable.

The agreement was for 470€ when the 407sterling was converted to Euro it was 487.50€.
Totally misleading from both Booking .command the Hotel itself.The Hotel staff were rude and were totally disrespectful
Amazing location! Great atmosphere if you like a young social vibe. Good communication before arrival. Easy parking - although not guaranteed there was plenty of space .
Not particularly attentive to hotel guests as very busy as a pub venue especially during warm weather. Some staff could be quite ‘off’ bordering on rude like they didn’t really want to be there and do the job they were being paid to do. Although there were some lovely staff, really trying their best. Bathrooms had lots of black mould in between the tiles and along sealant. This could be solved SO quickly and easily.

Staff were very nice and professional. Extremely helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was pretty quiet even though I was on the ground floor and the bed linen was a good quality cotton.
The shower enclosure tiling had failed and the shower water was escaping behind the shower wall. This damp was affecting the floor finishes and creeping up the door frame. There was a very strong smell of damp as you approach rooms 7 to 14 and it would seem similar problems are being felt in the other rooms on this corridor. It should be a quick fix to secure the loose shower enclosure tile to allow the subfloor and wood frames to dry out and reduce the smell. The extractor was also not operating. Struggled with the Sky TV that worked intermittently in my room.
Location was great! The bar and restaurant was very good. Service was very good.
Bedrooms need some TLC. Carpets are well worn and curtains need repair. Otherwise very comfortable and well serviced

Faceva piuttosto freddo in bagno, non si riesce ad accendere il termosifone elettrico presente.
Molto scomode le 4 rampe di scale ripide per raggiungere la camera con una valigia pesante.
