The location was great but the rooms were small and it was not clean
Pros:

The location which was near to Taksim and the staff were helpful and friendly

Cons:

The cleanliness was not good which I had to change my blankets 5 times because it was dirty and bad smelling. The rooms were small and I booked the room with the view it was blocked so no view. Even after complaining about the blankets still it occures

Great location, friendly staff. Definitely return.
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk from Taksim Metro Station. Very convenient for getting around by bus or metro. Friendly staff, especially Miss Imane, who was very nice and caring. Really appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Cons:

The windows are not soundproof, so noise from the live music band down the street can be quite loud at night.

Amazing stay definitely to go again / reception are very friendly and helpfull

The location is excellent and near by hotel all facilities available coldstore pharmacy restaurants cafe banks

Cons:

Only the coffe shop of the hotel its very good but at night the songs are very loud u can listen in the rooms

الفندق رغم صغره لكنه مريح ، و اجمل حاجة فيه المعاملة الطيبة التي تلقيناها من موظفي الاستقبال إلى عمال الغرف ما شاء الله ابتسامة دائمة و احترام عكس ما نراه في الفنادق التي يشرف عليها اتراك قليل منهم من يتعامل بلطف و ابتسامة ،

Veel geluidsoverlast je hoort alle gesprekken van de kamers die in de buurt zijn heel de dag draait muziek beneden je heb geen rust niks kamer komen ze ook niet schoon maken slecht personeel geen communicatie

المكان مميز جدا كموقع الاخ عمر من تونس شخصية رائعة قمة في الاخلاق والتعامل الراقي لو فكرت ارجع للفندق مرة اخرى سيكون بسبب تعامل الاخ عمر فقط

هناك سهرات ليلية في الفندق من الخارج لا تناسب العوائل نهائيا ، تم اخذ 50 دولار قيمة زجاجة مكسورة وهي في الحقيقة قيمتها لا تتجاوز 5 دولار انصدمت من هذه القيمة الغير واقعية ، تردد العزاب كثيرا على مداخل الفندق والجلسات لذلك لا يناسب العوائل
تم الحجز عبر التطبيق وعند الوصول تفاجئنا ان الغرف صغيرة لعدد العائلة كانوا معنا اطفال اضطررنا لتغيير الغرف ولكن المقابل ما يقارب 500 يورو مبلغ اضافي لإجراء التغير

موقعه بالقرب من ميدان تقسيم
القرب من المسجد والمواصلات العامة . لايوجد صعود ونزول منحدرات بجانبه .

Cons:

عدم وجود مواقف للسيارات
وجود حفلات مزعجة ليليا بجوار الفندق تستمر لآخر الليل .
أسعار المواد في البقالات والمواد الغذائية بجانبه مرتفعة جدا جدا .
الغرف ضيقة ولكنها نظيفة للأمانة .

I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful; the hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming. They were so hospitable and wouldn't let us move a single piece of luggage. I am very grateful, and whenever I return to Istanbul, I will most likely choose this hotel again.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai ressenti une grande attention aux détails ainsi qu’un accueil chaleureux. La propreté était irréprochable, l’ambiance très confortable et les services proposés étaient d’un grand professionnalisme 👌
Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la présence de M. Omar, membre du personnel de l’hôtel, qui fait preuve d’une élégance morale remarquable, d’un grand respect et d’une immense gentillesse. Toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider, il a véritablement rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Des personnes comme lui valorisent énormément un établissement et laissent une impression inoubliable ❤️
Honnêtement, cet hôtel réunit confort, qualité et hospitalité. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne visitant Istanbul. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès et espère avoir le plaisir d’y revenir très bientôt 🙏✨

The worst stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel was loud, they have a party every night at the entrance. Do not take your family there, it’s not safe. We were also robbed from within the room, the cameras showed two people go in and they both denied. The owner didn’t do anything about it. Stay anywhere but here!

Cons:

Everything! The staff wasn’t supportive in crisis, the hotel was falsely advertised as clean and quiet. The alleys where it’s located is not family friendly.
