L’emplacement est parfait,je recommande vivement,le personnel est super accueillant et agréable,notamment Omar le tunisien,très gentil et respectueux,professionnel et il donne une belle image de l’établissement,aussi Imane est sympathique.

I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful; the hotel was spotlessly clean and perfectly located. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and welcoming. They were so hospitable and wouldn't let us move a single piece of luggage. I am very grateful, and whenever I return to Istanbul, I will most likely choose this hotel again.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai ressenti une grande attention aux détails ainsi qu’un accueil chaleureux. La propreté était irréprochable, l’ambiance très confortable et les services proposés étaient d’un grand professionnalisme 👌
Ce qui m’a particulièrement marqué, c’est la présence de M. Omar, membre du personnel de l’hôtel, qui fait preuve d’une élégance morale remarquable, d’un grand respect et d’une immense gentillesse. Toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider, il a véritablement rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Des personnes comme lui valorisent énormément un établissement et laissent une impression inoubliable ❤️
Honnêtement, cet hôtel réunit confort, qualité et hospitalité. Je le recommande vivement à toute personne visitant Istanbul. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès et espère avoir le plaisir d’y revenir très bientôt 🙏✨

The worst stay in Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel was loud, they have a party every night at the entrance. Do not take your family there, it’s not safe. We were also robbed from within the room, the cameras showed two people go in and they both denied. The owner didn’t do anything about it. Stay anywhere but here!

Cons:

Everything! The staff wasn’t supportive in crisis, the hotel was falsely advertised as clean and quiet. The alleys where it’s located is not family friendly.
