Sehr gutes persönliches Hotel in überraschender Lage
Pros:

Wir sind bereits das 5. Mal hier gewesen. Ist ein kleines sehr persönliches Hotel mit tollem Pool und einer Lage die man nicht erwartet. Mitten zwischen Weinreben am Rand von Riva. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche Menschen. Saubere große Zimmer mit guten Betten.

Cons:

Da ist leider eine Firma direkt angrenzend wo die Weinbauern ihre Trauben hinbringen wohl zum keltern. Ist auch völlig okay ist aber relativ laut wenn man zu der Seite wohnt auch nachts. War halt früher nicht aber ist für uns auch noch ok.

Riva uma surpresa muito agradável.
Pros:

O hotel é lindo e confortável, piscina coberta, bar, café da manhã , alegria dos funcionários.

Cons:

Da localização, não é perto do centro de riva que é maravilhosa.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr viel Charme und Komfort
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön und fast neuwertig. Schöne Aussicht auf den Pool und die Berge.
Innenpool ist super, wenn es mal regnet oder nicht ganz so warm ist. Pool wäre besser wenn es mehr Schattenplätze geben würde. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden.
Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Bar mit kleinen Snacks und beim Frühstück.
Es wird auch Deutsch verstanden und gesprochen. Gianluca ist hier besonders hervorzuheben, echt super Service und sehr nett und hilfreich. Danke Luca ;-)

Cons:

Klimaanlage bläst genau auf das Bett. Hier wäre ein Windabweiser oder ähnliches von Vorteil. Wir haben dadurch die Klimaanlage kaum genutzt. Echt schade, da die Anlage eigentlich sehr gut arbeitet. Ein Nacht oder Flüstermodus wäre vielleicht eine Alternative.

Pros:

La struttura è molto bella.
La stanza ottima nelle rifiniture e molto spaziosa.
Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi di cui è attrezzata la struttura, perché siamo arrivati in tarda serata e siamo ripartiti subito dopo colazione.
Con lo staff ho avuto il piacere di interfacciarmi prima dell'arrivo, per organizzare il check-in, visto che al nostro arrivo non sarebbero stati presenti.
Molto cordiali e disponibili, anche a farci rimanere comunque ad usufruire della piscina anche dopo il check-out, anche se non siamo potuti rimanere.
Spero di avere occasione di poter tornare per goderne a pieno.

Cons:

Unica pecca, la rampa di scale per arrivare all'ascensore dalla hall e un'altra per arrivare da dove arriva l'ascensore alla camera

Heerlijk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en aan niets was te kort. De3 badkamer was zeer modern en voorzien van de nieuwste snufjes. Verder is de ligging van het hotel lekker rustig en midden in een wijngaard. Bij het hotel kon je fietsen huren en was je in 10 minuten in hartje Riva.

Cons:

Het is jammer dat niet alle kamers zijn voorzien van een balkon, dat is eigenlijk het enigste wat tegenviel.

Velmi příjemný personál - recepce, servis v jídelně, pokojová služba - vše super a všichni moc příjemní a ochotní. Hotel si zaslouží více než 3 hvězdičky. Perfektní místo hotelu, naprosto dostačující snídaně a velký výběr. Venkovní i vnitřní bazén. Okolí hotelu hezké. Určitě se rádi vrátíme zpět.

Der Pool...und das Grün rundherum.

Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war hinten hinaus und wir hörten die ganze Nacht auf dem Balkon, die Lüftungsgrräusche der Ventilatoren des Einkaufszentrums.

Tolles Hotel mit neuen Zimmern inkl. Klima.
Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl.
Hallenbad beheizt, Außenpool schön kühl zum Abkühlen perfekt

Cons:

Der Fußweg ins Zentrum ist ca. 20min.
(um 5 Euro pro Tag kann man sich aber Räder ausleihen)

Oramai siamo di casa al Maso! È tutto come piace a noi…ottima posizione, ottima pulizia, ottimo staff….secondo anno di fila che torniamo e la terza volta in tutto…tanti miglioramenti e continueremo a tornare!

Pros:

Otoczenie basenowe jest wyjątkowe. Góry i winnice robią niesamowity klimat. Plusem jest tez wewnętrzny basen, w którym można spędzać czas w przypadku np deszczu.
Mieliśmy standardowy, chyba najtańszy pokój, który nie jest wyremontowany, ale był wystarczający na nasz pobyt. Praktycznie spędzaliśmy tam tylko noce.

Cons:

Niestety nasze okno (parter) wychodziło chyba na najgorsze miejsce, czyli teren przed wejściem do budynku, a z tej strony miesci się jakaś firma tuż obok hotelu, ktora cały czas hałasuje.

Accomodatie goed alleen geen douchethermostaat!

Lekker zwembad en het ontbijt op z'n italiaans, prima!

Cons:

Ik vind dat er tegenwoordig in een doucheruimte douchethermostaat in hoort te zitten. Ook voor de veiligheid ivm verbranden door te heet water.
