Perfekt für einen Citytrip nach Salzburg
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Salzburg und das Numa Mozart war ein super Ausgangspunkt dafür. Tolles Zimmer, bequemes Bett und ein Bad mit Fenster. Alles da was man braucht.

Cons:

In einem Zimmer lief die Dusche leider sehr schlecht ab und hat alles geflutet. Auch etwas hellhörig ist es.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage, mit kleinen Mängeln! Hervorragendes Frühstück!

Modern und sehr schön eingerichtet in bester Lage!
Hervorragendes Frühstück im „Cosy Fox“ (gleich im Erdgeschoß)!

Es wurde mir eine Rückerstattung von 15 % in Aussicht gestellt, da es leider kein Mitarbeiter geschafft hat, die fehlende Fernbedienung zu bringen und den Safe zu öffnen. Die Antwort per WhatsApp erfolgte jedes Mal sehr schnell. In unserem Fall war es nicht schlimm, dass niemand gekommen ist, doch finde ich es schon komisch, wenn vor Ort niemand wirklich erreichbar ist.

Cons:

Es fehlte eine Fernbedienung und der Safe konnte nicht benutzt werden. Außerdem war ein Fenster ausgehängt …
Eine Refundierung von 15 % wurde mir jedoch dafür in Aussicht gestellt!

Pros:

Our room was adorable — and very small (size S). Next time I would for sure get the M. But the location is unbeatable, the café downstairs is awesome, it’s clean, the bed’s great, pillows are comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny. (So tiny that my partner wasn’t able to brush his teeth over the sink, but used the shower instead. He’s not a huge guy.) But for that price in the center Salzburg there has to be a drawback somewhere :)

Ein wunderschönes Apartment im Herzen von Salzburg!
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Kapuzinerberg, schöne Details, Bilder und Möbel! Sehr gemütlich! Man könnte sofort da einziehen und in Salzburg wohnen!

Cons:

We booked this property specifically as it indicates it has an elevator and we have limited mobility. We arrived at the property to a room on the 5th floor, a broken elevator and no reception
After long waiting on telephone and WhatsApp we got in touch with someone from Numa who did not even know the elevator was broken and only proposed solution was to move to the third floor or to have someone carry our luggage. Third floor and no elevator is also not an option and we did not book this property to have to ask someone to help us get in and out. After lots of complaints they sent someone to fix the elevator but it was an extremely stressful situation and zero understanding or solution orientation from their side.

Dirty rooms, empty promises
Pros:

Good location, large rooms, modern style

Cons:

The room was exceptionally dirty (especially hair in the bathroom and on the floor and towes). Even though it was cleaned again after complaining the floor was still dirty. A refund was promised, but up to now we did not receive it. Communication only happens via a WhatsApp chat where you have to talk to a chat bot first. Considering the price it is very bad value for money!

Otopark olmaması ve otel girişinde yol çalışmasından dolayı valizlerimizi zor taşıdık. Çalışan olmadığı için de yardım alamadık
