La struttura è di alto livello e con un rapporto qualità prezzo fantastico.
Una nota speciale per il proprietario Lorenzo. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina che non partiva. È venuto appositamente in albergo da casa per risolvere il problema e trovare un elettrauto. Veramente eccezionale.

Il soggiorno è stato a dir poco perfetto, Lorenzo insieme al suo staff fanno un lavoro egregio attento alle esigenze dei clienti, con professionalità e cordialità.
I ragazzi dello staff hanno sempre un sorriso pronto ad accogliere qualunque richiesta.
La struttura è veramente molto bella, un gioiellino...un mix perfetto di identità ed innovazione!

Struttura vecchia, con problemi non giustificabili in un hotel a 4 stelle (doccia fredda a causa dello scaldabagno e frigorifero non funzionante). Questo rende nel complesso insufficiente il rapporto qualità-prezzo
Ubicación excepcional . Las vistas en el desayuno son lo mejor de la ciudad. Habitaciones amplias, con camas muy comodas. A la llegada nos estaban esperando para acomodar el coche en el Parking del hotel.
El desayuno es a la carta con mucha variedad y preparación en el momento. Se sirve en la terraza con vista completa de Mangalen.

Emplacement fabuleux aux pieds du pont et vue imprenable sur le quartier Mangalem. Hotel dans maison typique, personnel aimable et disponible, place de parking non négligeable. Petit déjeuner à la carte varié en terrasse avec vue . Chambres confortables et propres. Au calme .
Pro nas jako motorkáře bylo nejdůležitější zaparkovat motorky v bezpeči. Skromné parkovani v bezpečne uličce u vchodu hotelu. Personál velmi vstřícný. Klimatizovaný, čistý pokoj bez výhledu. Rozmanitost ve výběru snídaně. A umístění je v klidný zóně a přitom jste v epicentru města.....a krásného města Berat s tisíci oken❤️

A sua localização é perfeita para visitar Berat! Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis! Apesar de já terem fechado a cozinha, serviram-nos algo para jantar quando chegámos. Pudemos estacionar o carro na entrada do hotel.
