Pros:

Staff and apartments are wonderful! Staff were so responsive and helpful and the apartment was beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need.

Cons:

Parking garage is very tight. Great to have it available but stressful to get in and out.

Cons:

Mindre ting men havde opfordring til at tænke bæredygtigt hvor genanvendelse af håndklæder var ønskeligt. Vi hængte håndklæder til tørre med henblik på "genbrug" men blev alligevel skiftet hver dag !

Helt utrolig hjælpsomt og informativt personale, der kom med mange gode anbefalinger - som vi ikke selv ville have fundet. Super lækker morgenmad, nemt med parkering, og var der det mindste kunne vi blot skrive via what’s app, og vi fik svar retur med det samme. Dejligt spa-område også. Dejligt med kode til dørene, så alt var nøglefrit.

Soggiorno confortevole. Appartamento perfettamente organizzato e comodo.
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere centro, porto e uscite serali. La presenza del garage è un plus vista la difficoltà di parcheggio. Organizzazione efficiente per tutto. Staff gentilissimo.

Aggiungerei nella colazione prodotti senza glutine.

Best stay in Ponta Delgada
Pros:

best place to stay in ponta delgada. parking is included - the rooms are spacious and newly decorated - super clean and super nice people. good options for breakfast too. close to a lot of great restaurants.

you can also relax in the sauna and the jacuzzi after a day of hiking. there’s also an outdoor pool available on site that we havent used due to the weather. you have everything you might need for a longer stay - including a clothes washing machine.

Pros:

Acesso ao hotel, centro da cidade de ponta delgada mas um sítio muito calmo e tranquilo, zero barulho durante a noite. Estacionamento no hotel ou até na rua do hotel. Prático, código de acesso ao hotel, ao quarto e ao estacionamento.
Limpeza 5*, quarto praticamente novo. Deixam toalhas de cor com o objetivo de se poder utilizar nas águas termais.

Cons:

Espaço e serviço do Pequeno Almoço.
Os produtos são bons, com alguma variedade. Esperava ainda mais produtos locais (como por exemplo ananás, banana, etc)
Poucas mesas, pouco apoio em termos de funcionário. Os hóspedes é que limpam e arrumam a sua própria mesa para que outros possam servir.
TV no local poderia estar a mostrar fotos e locais da ilha mas por sua vez está a transmitir uma lareira.

Pros:

Appartement spacieux, classe, confortable, et très bien placé pour visiter le centre. Restaurants à proximité. Garage très appréciable, même si l'accès est un peu étroit. Possibilité d'arriver à n'importe quelle heure en autonomie et de partir tôt : le petit déjeuner (top) est mis à disposition dans un panier la veille. Accueil impeccable.

Cons:

Il manque peut-être quelques patères et étagères dans la salle de bain, sinon c'est parfait 👍

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and available when it came to planning the next steps of our trip, putting us in contact with a really excellent local guide, advising on hikes and logistics, and opening breakfast early for us one morning.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an apartment that had 2 bedrooms, and it was really lovely, with a lot of space, and 2 terraces with wonderful views from the sea over the town to the mountains.
Breakfast was very good, and the jacuzzi and sauna a big hit with the teenagers. Pool area was lovely when the sun was out, though in April the water was still too cold really to swim.
Location is great as long as you don't mind a stroll into town.
Everything at the hotel is very fresh, clean, modern and tasteful.

Cons:

Nothing, we had a great stay.
