Grosse, moderne Wohnung, freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Poolanlage, sogar bei unserer sehr frühen Abreise haben wir eine Lunchbox für das Frühstück erhalten.

Expérience parfaite! Les appartements sont modernes, spacieux, ont dirait qu’ils sont neufs! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. L’emplacement est parfait sur une petite rue tranquille à 100m d’une petite épicerie et tout près du centre de Ponta Delgada. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Lovely apartment excellent facilities and good views
Pros:

Excellent apartment with good balcony space and sun loungers. Kitchen facilities were good: oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, decent sized fridge. Pool and internal hot tub.

Cons:

Only negatives the garage is tight for larger cars, required several turns to get into the ramp down to level -3 and it’s true that the exit is so steep in the rain our Nissan quashqaui (sp) slid back down after the door closed and we had to stop. It couldn’t get any traction so my husband took it back and I stood under the garage door to keep it open so he could drive straight up and out. We parked on the street the next night.
As an FYI it’s a steep hill to walk up to the apartment from town but it’s not too hard.

Pros:

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist absolut sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet – hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Das Apartment bietet zudem eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage: sowohl der Hafen als auch die Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich und immer absolut hilfsbereit, die Kommunikation inkl. Check-in-Prozess erfolge per WhatsApp, was das ganze zusätzlich erleichtert hat. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort bleiben!

Pros:

It was clean, it had a great view, the staff were very helpful, the free breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

Getting into the parking lot was a bit precarious, but we managed. The entrance to the parking garage is extremely steep.
