Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

We received a room that was not the one we had booked and was of a much lower standard.
This was particularly frustrating because we had chosen this hotel and this specific room very carefully after spending a long time looking through the photos and description. Although many recent reviews mentioned similar questionable practices by the hotel, we decided to keep our reservation, which we had made approximately two months in advance.
We arrived early in the morning and were told that an early check-in was not possible, which was perfectly understandable. However, after waiting for seven hours, we discovered that our supposed “Queen Room” was on the ground floor, directly next to the reception and toilet, with a window facing a busy street. It was dark, unattractive and had no balcony, despite a balcony being included in the room description.
The receptionist admitted that this was not the room we had booked but explained that the hotel was full. We were expected to spend one night in this inferior room and then move to the correct room for the remaining two nights. No discount or any other form of compensation was offered.
Interestingly, a couple who checked in after us immediately received a much higher-standard room for exactly the same period.
We decided not to stay at this hotel at all. We consider this practice extremely unfair and strongly advise against booking this property.

El baño, sobre todo que las cortinas están sucias y el mueble metálico estaba con trozos de oxido, no había champú.

Excelente ubicación, desayuno muy rico y personal muy amable. El ambiente del hotel es muy acogedor.
La verdad, todo estuvo muy bien durante la estadía. Tal vez pequeños detalles que siempre se pueden mejorar, pero nada que afecte la experiencia. En general, fue una estancia muy cómoda y agradable.
