No Mini Bar in the room.
Location to the White House and festival.
Property is in desperate need of remodel / refresh. This was the original JW and I stayed in it many times from the early 80’s - mid 90’s. It hasn’t been renovated since.
Didn't know you had breakfast
We're told we could get on a terrace up high for viewing. Then we're told we could not. Then, we saw people on a Terrace later.
Amazing location, clean, comfortable and friendly. We were also give a room with a fantastic view of the Whitehouse and Washington monument.
Quite pricey, but we did book at a peak time after 250th Independence Day.
The location was great.
The room was okay. There was next to nowhere to hang things in the bathroom. Like literally one hook for towels. There was no breakfast (I know they have a restaurant) which I was surprised for the price of the room.

La ubicación del hotel me pareció muy buena y lo escogí por ser categoría JW Marriott pero la verdad no cumplió las expectativas para ser un hotel de esta categoría y este nivel
Algunos recepcionistas no prestaban en servicio de acuerdo a la categoría del hotel también la gestión sobre Cómo ayudar al cliente en servicio al cliente no escuchar atentamente las necesidades y requerimientos del cliente algunos botones estaban mejor entrenados por encima de muchos algunos otros empleados del hotel La verdad no cumplio las expectativas para ser un hotel de esta categoría
The location was excellent. The room and view were pretty nice.
The restaurant was overpriced and dinner selection was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was not offered by the hostess nor waitress. We had to ask the second day to receive it as an option. The dinners we had were okay, but really not that great. Had better meals outside the hotel. The room came with a view of the Washington monument wgmhich was actually just a point showing behind another building which makes the promo for this higher priced room a bit exaggerated
Die Lage ist sehr gut.
Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, extrem teuer, dazu fehlten auch Dinge wie Seife, der zweite Bademantel auf dem Zimmer und für den völlig überzogen und nicht gerechtfertigten Preis, muss man das WLAN auch noch teuer bezahlen, es sei denn, man verpflichtet sich zur Membership mit Angaben, dass man via Mails zugebombt wird mit Werbung. Parken kostet übrigens auch noch mal 50$ pro Nacht. Einfach zu teuer für erbrachte Leistung!
