Pros:

Super Einstand bei der Ankunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Ruhige Lage mit guter Anbindung an den Botanischen Garten, Kemnader See und nach Bochum. Stylisches Zimmer und ein umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Zimmer musste erst für die 2. Person nachgerüstet werden: Bettzeug, Handtücher, Duschcreme

Close to University! Breakfast.

Cons:

Budget room despite Comfort room price!
Tiny dark room, wall and tree view, no garden!
No closet, only open shelves. Thin, old mattress with plastic underneath blanket!
Flammkuchen for dinner looked and tasted very much like out of the freezer! No Cappucino included in 14 Euro breakfast!

Trotz des Internet Problem dieses Mal. Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hauses ist super, mitten im Grünen gelegen unweit zum Kemnader Stausee. Am besten ein Fahrrad mitbringen und die Gegend erkunden.

Cons:

WLAN in meinem Zimmer war unterirdisch, das geht gar nicht. Es sind wie es scheint nicht alle Zimmer betroffen, andere Zimmer in denen ich auch schon war hatten dieses Problem nicht so massiv.

Diese Unterkunft hat ein schönes Wandergebiet inclusive See.

Cons:

Interessante Badgestaltung, ansonsten haben die Zimmer eine ziemlich dunkle Erscheinung,- sowohl die Zimmer in ihrer Gestaltung, als auch der Lichteinfall von außen.
