Important information:

Due to it's wonderful town center location, The Killarney Towers Hotel does not have onsite parking.

There is a public parking lot adjacent to the property. The public car park is free between the hours of 18:00 – 08:00 Monday through Saturday, and free on Sundays and bank holidays.

Unless prior arrangements are in place, we will process payment for your stay on arrival to the hotel. The hotel requires a valid credit card to be presented upon check-in for the registering guest. The card should match the name of the reservation as made and must be presented for Chip & Pin verification. It is not possible to pre-pay for a third party guest due to GDPR and privacy restrictions. We reserve the right to receive payment or request pre-authorization of the full amount for the stay period based on the credit card details provided upon check-in. We do not accept cash payment for room reservations. We do not accept debit cards to secure rooms or for pre-authorization on check-in due to ongoing issues with releasing same. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause guests.

Please note that the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the booker’s credit card up to 4 days prior to arrival. This places the pre-authorized amount in a holding state which also temporarily reduces one’s credit limit. The pre-authorization is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the account at this point, this will also not be reflected in the credit card statement since no charge has been made. The credit limit will be released back to the cardholder within one week depending on the issuing bank.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Fantastic location for exploring Killarney!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was perfect for walking the town, even the National Park!

Cons:

The Leisure centre was a lovely perk. However, it could use a few adjustments. The advertisement of the "whirlpool" was very appealing to my friend and I after a long day of exploring... However, it was just an extension of the regular cool temperature pool with jets. It was a bit disappointing, though I did try to enjoy the stream room instead.

4 étoiles non justifiées au cœur de la ville piétonne avec peu de commodités

En fait pour dormir ok
Centre de Spa et piscine bien en évidence dans la communication de l’hôtel mais pas directement accessible de l’hôtel , payant !!

Cons:

Centre de spa et piscine payant situé à l’opposé de l’hôtel, pas de connection directe donc 150 m à 200 m , pas simple et personne de vous explique au check in et pour cause …
Emplacement plein centre
Parking différents de l’hôtel, 200 m environ 25 euros la nuit
Pas de machine à café ni mini bar dans les chambres ( 4 étoiles )
Clés programmées pour 24 h donc à renouveler le nombre de jour de vos séjours . Pas de possibilité d’ouvrir les fenêtres seulement 10 cm par sécurité !!!

Pros:

Perfect location, nice rooms, good facilities in general

Cons:

The property is showing its age a bit, the “spa” is well photographed but is smaller and a bit more tired looking then i imagened, everything works well though!
