May be once for a short stay
Pros:

Room was new .. with near new furnitures and lighting
Short stay is ok

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster .Very few cold items spread in rooftop full of houseflies. We skipped the breakfast next day.

They turn off the aircon from reception whenever we leave the room even for 5 mins to grab something nearby whereas they dont turn on when we get back we had to remind everytime

Free Airport shuttle was mentioned before booking whereas after booking in the pdf it was not mentioned and they texted asking 1900 for picking up from airport.

Clean, safe, comfortable, and worth the money with helpful staff and a great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. We stayed for 3 nights as a couple and felt very safe throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to popular places, and Uber was easily available from the hotel. It was definitely good value for money.

Cons:

Nothing major to complain about. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Windows, balcony.
We asked for a quiet room and it was quiet indeed. It is because of the successful location of the hotel a bit farther from the loud street.

Water hot and cold were there.
Shower worked as expected.

Everything else was good.

Cons:

Balcony photos were a bit different from the room we were given.
Also, kitchen staff wasn't sure about if our breakfast is included or not. They should always get this info from reception before we come to eat.

Pillows could be bigger.
Cups and glasses could be cleaned a bit better.

Pros:

I had come to Delhi for a long time and I needed a good hotel for which I found it to be Saina Hotel.
The rooms here are very nice and clean. The location and metro connectivity is easy. The food and staff are excellent. I found all the facilities here helpful.

RESPECTFUL AND SO NICE HOSPITALITY.....
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The room was very clean and had all the basic amenities.The management is commendable. The staff is very nice and helpful, always ready to help in any way. Cleanliness is especially meticulous.The location is at a top central location from where it is very easy to go anywhere in Delhi.
The food was delicious and the price was also reasonable.This was a memorable stay for me. Heartfelt thanks to Hotel Saina for providing such good hospitality.
